Reminds me of back when I was in sales. Sucked. for me back then holidays just ment extended hours. Pretty much. This year I get three weeks off teaching in December ... but I'll only be taking the 25th and 26th off from training, the 24th if I am lucky.

Long weekend up here ... I work Saturday, Sunday and the holiday Monday. Nice Only because I'm covering for everyone else taking time off.

For cardiovascular improvements alone ... beginner guidelines are generally 1-3 times per week for 15-30 minutes per session. Walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, water aerobics, elliptical, and so on. As your fitness level improves the variables increase.

There should be for sure ... but these companies make too much money for that.

The vast majority of them use different formulae ... based off their own research, with their own general population data and highly over-generalized relationships from the graph produced. Pre-Cor and Life Fitness equipment vary quite a bit.

105 km/h = 65 mph 120 km/h = 74.5 mph

Which is BS because that means 400 miles on I-15 ... at 105 km/h ... because if I go over I can watch the needle fall. I say that now but when I'm on there I'll be doing 120 km/h like the rest of them.
