If you can sleep on your back try to put each hand under a butt cheek,so they can keep hour hands from curling up..This may be a bit awkward and a bit uncomfortable but it might help.

Seafood in general makes me nauseous. J I will eat shrimp and thats about it..Only like those grilled or broiled with lemon and butter.
