    is this the sp4 era?

How many ssa subs get bad ratings. I think they have one of the best line of subs made in America from all American parts. Just my personal opinion. Every brand has bad ratings, SSA is not exempt. Does it mean they put out bad quality, no. Just that people will find anything to complain or bitch about. Ive seen a few people bad mouth SSA even a member on this forum some years back, but it is far and few between. I am sure even if SSA did happen to put out a bad product.."which I do not believe would happen"...I am sure Aaron would make up for it a 100%....

What I was thinking kind of like a meatloaf made with oats and rice, then stuff the raw bell peppers and bake for a few so they will still be crispy.

I like crispy veggies...I was thinking cooking the filling separate, then packing the raw pepper and baking for a few.. Any suggestions on the filling?

Sean I would like some good stuffed green peppers any suggestions? Depends on what/where you've had good ones that you want to emulate. Personally I'd make the filling and green pepper separate if I wasn't going for plating points... Not planting points..Just in the mood for them have not had them in a while, something different.

What do you defrost in the microwave???? Dies you wife eat bagged popcorn? Of so, it is gross compared to making your own. We use a crappy old metal mixing bowl with a sheet of aluminum foil. It makes azing popcorn every time. I've also had better luck with oatmeal on the stove. The wife and I use it a lot to reheat something like rice and then add the warmed on the stove food after. Sometimes we use it to soften butter quickly. I have not had popcorn like that in years..Got me craving it!!

Sonic Eletronix or Online Car Stereo

I would say their prices may be a bit higher due to the number of employee's they have on their payroll..If they are not making a bigger profit margin then their payroll deductions how could they have stayed a float for 40+ years... Great company though and sometimes the customer support is worth the few extra bucks

Depends on what you are cooking. Anything that is no stick or teflon coated should be thrown in the garbage. Not useful for any kind of cooking. Yes. I have an awesome 14" non-stick frying pan and it works beautifully for everything I need it to. I have an awesome 8" sub that works perfect for SPL comps. With a Pyramid power booster

I'm a pretty shit cook but thats mostly due to lack of experience. Just want to get a few decent pans, a knife, and speed more time cooking rather than heating cans of soup in the microwave lol. Paula Deen!!

Any reason you have choose to run the port back on the bottom? Given the dimensions you have given and with the desired frequency being a slot port, I have seen many builds with much unwanted port noise..From flexing or non-thought through internal bracing...Damage was done and when internal bracing was done of course changed the desired frequency..Port area still looks small in my opinion.. I would have at least 325 sq in of port area..This is only a personal preference.. I just got done typing a long reply and accidentally clicked "More Reply Options" instead of "Post." fml... I decided to go subs up port back because I've heard from multiple sources that it is the ideal configuration in my particular vehicle. I suppose I could put together a standard vertical slot port and see if I can make it do what I want it to do. I did the port along the bottom for no reason in particular, just thought it would be a cool thing to try. Regardless, I guess I should account for more than .3 cubic feet of internal bracing given that it's going to have to be incredibly sturdy to eliminate unwanted noise. I appreciate the heads-up! As far as the port area goes, I just don't see how it's possible to go any higher while maintaining a tuning frequency of under 32Hz and staying within the possible dimensions, but I'm open to suggestions! My opinion would be to give a vertical port with the said dimensions of a port 16" with wall #1 39.50 in length and wall #2 29.0" in length..after displacement and 90 degree corners you should be in the 32Hz range..Drivers will not be able to be left to right to stay in between the port walls. Should net around 315 sq in of port volume. And of course 21.25 in height with a double baffle for a 22" height total..
