Odd? Our beef is what looks odd. We've bred the animal right out of it. Looks like shit. Fucking dipshit hippies that think grass fed beef is good are about the biggest morons I've ever seen.Animals should be bred for FLAVOR. What you see there is lowest grade of prime that they have in Japan. Our prime they would consider select. Our scale has gotten bastardized thanks to the overweight population and the desire for a quick fix. Add some stupidity and it's fucked our whole food chain. There is a reason that most of the world will not buy our beef, chicken, turkey, pork, corn, wheat, etc... We pump so much fake bullshit into it our health is all going to hell. That is just what I am used to..You have to remember I was raised in the deep south,so of course that is what I am used to.. And what would seem good to me may not seem good to someone that was raised in a different geographic location..But I do agree totally! Don't get me wrong.. I was raised in Fargo ND...it isn't about where you are from but where you want to go next. Don't dwell on the past, but focus on making tomorrow better. True that bro! X2

If it was process right there wasn't any anyways....but your butcher is awful so I'd cook it to. The harmful shit will be vaporized with 15 seconds per side. Amusingly that would also taste better. You'd have to wear a blindfold but seriously. yea for real though I usually dont cook them that long..I got side tracked no time to hardly do shit when I get home...always 15 things at the same time it seems...

looks like a first timer cut out that steak???...lolWhat the processing place did..Had a whole suv full of meat didn't have time to check everyting..Will go somewhere else next time,I hate the way they cut the ribs...First animal I butchered was no where near that bad. Seriously bs.I agree..not the pretiest cuts..But tastes good though!Not when cooked to living shit like you did. Would have gotten thrown out in our house. WAY too long. WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY, WAYI dozed off..I dont like wasting food..lolHow do you doze off cooking a steak. For one that thin it takes makes 2 min a side. If you fell asleep while it rested I'd understand.
