The new Madrid fault has been quite for 7 days now..No micro quakes at all.June 10 they was a 2.1 in way east Tennessee real close to New madrid,MO.. The New Madrid fault usually has micro quakes every 3 or 4 days..Some believe between this month through Sept the fault is going to come alive again comparable to the 1811-1812 New Madrid quakes possibly worse..Also on the 23rd this month we are going to have a electromagnetic storm maybe all this plays a factor in their predictions..The earth rotation slowed down a millisecond that causes crazy activity in these fault plates..Look at Hawaii's volcanos that's been going crazy for a couple of months..Also the crazy activity in Yellowstone..But with the Madrid fault being quite even with the micro quakes usually when they are quite they are building pressure and these faults tend to release their energy. And a 7-8 magnitude quake here would be devastating here the ground here is not the same as it is in California for example the Madrid quakes of 1811-1812 actually swallowed a whole Indian village where Memphis is built today some believe North America will finish splitting the New Madrid fault is actually a scar from a failed split of the continent from millions of years ago.Now the asrtroid, what's really going on here.

It was just in the high 80's today and I was still soaking wet.Was pulling new wire and linesets in a flip house that looks like it used to be a crack house swear I smelled something dead in the back yard that looks like the Amazon jungle kept waiting stumble across something dead..Literally had 5' trees growing out of the gutters and I'm putting in a $8,000 Trane heat pump split system.

I used to do it when doing fiberglass. That's when I heard about that.Figured it was just a myth though I was young maybe 18-19 still done it anyway. We clowned around with it.
-
I always heard that was possible.Don't really remember exactly why.Isn't it because of air getting into the bloodstream or something?

It's real humid here at the moment, even more than it normally is.I am soaking wet within the first hour of working outside and I seem to be having to be in attics a lot here lately.Today I was in 3 didn't have a temp gun with me but I am guessing it was a good 130 degrees. And not all Mexican people can take heat most really can not it seems when doing service calls anyway.Just always drink plenty of fluids, and salty foods if you can. When out in that mess be careful because those humid days can be dangerous the other day I started getting cold chills in a attic,it was time to go do e got way way to hot.

A lot of times wires will break into on your thermostat wire and still look intacked. You can actually bend then a couple of times and they will snap.Vibrations from other mechanical issues can seldom play a factor in those breaking from a vibrating air handler as well "not real common though".But I have seen them damaged and broke into as well from a loose connection even though its low voltage it still will vibrate and generate heat and could cause a poor connection.I would just pull a new wire for your furnace/air handler and another for your condenser and put in a basic Honeywell Pro300..what model number is is? Should be on a panel on your furnace.
