i finished putting this togethre right now... LMK what you think. I'm uneasy about the tuning freq because i was unfamiliar with the calc. i used. since the box is wider, i can now have a good 26" of port area. anything wrong with what you see? the sub itself is .3 cubic ft but i will add more baffle to compensate

only comin from one port tho. ive got 2 ports on the side right side of my box, and theres only noise comin from the top port not the bottom... do i have too little port area? edit: 16" long each

i wekend it when i made the holes for the port. maybe ill just jig it. im probably gonna haveta build a new box... too much modding isnt worth thte time

i believe i dont have enough port area.... im flat out of ideas. i gota interesting pic to show you guys tomorrow. great example of why NOT to lightly put polyfill in a ported box. it turns out this reconstruction is going to be more immense than originally planned. im gonna have to smash out the right side, insert a slab of wood for the port, increase the depth by 2" for compensate for the port displacement and increase the baffle for the sub by 1" or so. I mine as well build a new box hehe.

build house ya know i know i personally think the cosmetics can be touched up a little on the speakers...my first impression even on the mids was: ALpine. but like LArry said, these are jsut an introduction, maybe they will change the looks sometime down the road before release

so from what ive seen and heard, to answer phantomxdj's question, * New and improved AX Line * Unveiling of a 6 ft. long amplifier * Brand new Xterminator Line to replace the IS * USamps drivers and comp sets thats all i could think of so far. im going to get some in depth info tomorrow.
