because new car = new system it also comes with a beefed up charging system our family has bad experience with the taurus...wit hthe money we spent on tranny repairs, we could have bought a new car. I will mos def keep that in mind about the valves man...appreciate the info. mmm now that you and quikstang mention it, cop cars were beat on, and looking at the carfax report, the LX was treated much better (smogged regularly and stuff)...bah changing my mind! lol i just want to have a daily ride to work and school. add a system and bump away not sure if i really need that 300a for what im planning but for the heck of it: price?

eh? care to explicate? i have no clue what you said o_O
-
i read about that...i like to live life on the edge lol...but still if i do get rear ended, its their freakin fault and they pay for my hospital bills! mmm. if it handles anything like my current car, ill be fine i guess its just performance mainly then... so should i go for the high mileage one? i mean how high do they run before they die if decently kept?

wow you have a cyclone....how much did that set you back if you dont mind me asking

saw this over on DIYMA and thought we could start one here. this is mine starting 3 years ago: 2004: 1. Bought Sony 12" tornado cone + Sony amp + prefab bandpass box. stupid stupid me. never installed 2. Panasonic HU + Infinity Kappa Speakers 3.5 up front, 4" in rear 2. Added Infinity Kappa Perfect DVQ 12" in a sealed 1.44 box with Profile CA600M. slammed hard 3. replaced Infinity With IA LI 12" 3.0 tuned to 28hz 2005: 4. Replaced Profile With Viper 1200D + eD 9.2 5. Replaced Panasonic with Kenwood excelon kdc x789 6. Took out the infinities and added Rainbow SLC 6.5" comps 7. Replaced Viper and eD with usamps MD41 and MD22 8. Replaced IA with Soundsplinter RL-p in 2 cubes sealed later added ports 2006: 9. Replaced MD41 and MD22 with AX2000 + AXTU300C 10. Replaced Rainbows with AA Poly mid + Rainbow Cal25 ALK passive 11: Remade RL-p box to 1.6 cubes tuned to 32 hz 2007: 11. Replaced CAL25 with Seas neo metal still passive 12. Added PG TEQ15 equalizer 13. Replaced AX2000+TU300C with AX5600 WOAH looks like im getting an old new car *crosses fingers*. since new car = restart in system, this is what i will be doing: 1. Install Coustic Xm6 (YAY finally active 2. Maybe get a new sub but depends on trunk space 3. Get a couple of CSS WR125s's to replace the aa mids (talkin to neil about it, and sounds like it will work ) then i think i will be satisfied with my car

well, you can check it here: http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63933 although it may be argued by some people, its worked fine for pretty much errbody on that forum

indeed. full gain doesnt necessarily mean "full power" (e.g. an amp rated at 1000w doesnt mean its putting out 500w at half gain). its possible you werent sending the ARRRRR very clean power. set your gains with a dmm and then write your impressions. thanks for your initial comparison tho man
