You need 1 more run of 1/0 and at least another 180 amp alternator. I'd get a second alternator around 300amp and run JUST that one on the audio. And allow the 180 to run just the truck. So the two systems are separate.

Just go by off the chart as if you have a stock alternator. It will help in the end.

Not much, but it is rather irritating to have to always turn it down for stop signs, red lights, etc. I have actually looked into XS Power batteries before, I may get more serious about one now. Although I know that wont SOLVE the problem.. Only help. Thanks for all the help! You shouldn't be bumping at those locations anyway.
