All of this, is a true story!
-
I can add to this list! Wanted a AQ 1,200 for a friend. Discovered he had a highs amp I wanted. We worked a deal, and he even threw in two sets of RCA's!!! Will definitely buy from him again!

The vehicle will flex around the woofers. Which will mess your lows up.
-
The biggest part of that will be is if your truck is ready for it.
-
I do too. I'm tuned to 40Hz and play down to 28Hz easily.
-
Don't need to tune that low. 1. With big ports they play low as is. 2. TB's resonance is around 42Hz. So tuning low is like pissing in the wind.

Trying to get from 148.2 to 150+ DB's

Was it the audio control? -
I'd do the ZCON 18" sub up port back if you have the room to keep the port away from the back wall 8"-10" 6³-7³ with 18² of port per cube of box. 38Hz tune. That's 1/2 my box and my ZCON's Love It.

4 15"s. Simple as that. Two woofers CANNOT take 7k daily each. 4 can take 3.5k each daily.

You need different woofers. Simple as that. Get D2 BL's wire to .5ohm and poof 150. Cause at 2 ohm your just not getting power. Simple as that. And the Q's aren't meant for sheer loudness. -
It's quite necessary as we are actually shifting manufacturing facilities... while I'm at it I am improving them as I'd need to re-tool anyway. Going to a Chinese manufacturer? No, the SAX and SAZ will remain Korean made amps -- just a different Korean factory. As all of our Class-D boards are custom tooled for us in their present form -- so we don't plan to use any stock boards at the new facility either. It's actually been a while for any significant amp changes... I believe other than the NS-1 it was the first of 2011 or so since the last major change. Well I certainly hope they are epic. I miss me some Sundown bass power. Lol. Still using SAX highs amps.

Leave the amps alone. Jeez. No need to change it every 2.3 months.

God I hope so. I'd LOVE to run SSA amps and subs!!! -
How many does crescendo have? I probably want 8, but it's going to be a few weeks with the new job before I can order.

I'd definitely NOT use PSi. Ever. -
Not sad when I'm building one that'll skull drag your Turbo turd down the highway. I like MPG for daily.
-
That's a very very small port and a small box for 2 18"s. I would do 1 18" in the proper box, it will be louder.
-
I highly recommend SSA, the XCON particularly. But DD is always a good option too, with DD I'd recommend a 3515" From personal experience a properly ported box tuned to 40Hz provides decent low end extension, down to high 20Hz area, and allows for higher SPL still. And it sound darn good on all music types.

Stock, because I haven't had the extra $800 needed to do a proper projector retrofit. But they are aimed well and I never get flashed.
