Five SA-8's would be 25^2 more cone area than 2 SA-12's. It would also be considerably more motor force. I would go for the 8"s in the normal S-10 box.

Thanks Where you at Finals??

This is an ignorant response if I have ever read one. The E8's are great woofers, and I think doing 4 under the seat would provide all the output and accurate response he would need.

Does it have to be new? Or can it be used? -
Where are you in Louisiana? Best option would be to do splitters at the amp. You wold lose front/rear fade, but still have Left/Right balance.

Poping and cracking noise coming from SSA Icon 12''???
bassahaulic replied to AndrewBR98's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
Useless post. I ran into this same thing in my friends truck yesterday. He has a Mojo 12" in a box I designed on 1,200w. Same exact thing was happening, at first I thought it was the SSF but then I played it to listen to it and it wasn't the low notes causing it. I back the Sub level on the radio down and turned the LPF up, and it stopped. -
It's not quite the same......

multiple batteries
bassahaulic replied to synyster's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
You pretty much got it. You will also need a 1/0 ground in the rear for each battery. -
Just get a 100.4, it will work just fine. Or.... Buy the 200.4 and I'll trade you my 100.4
