I only had about 350w on tap with my 15. The box was a little bigger than recommended(sealed) for a little more efficiency. It got loud enough for daily driving and was still incredibly accurate.

I know the I/S line is built in Korea right? And the AX line is US made. I've heard the Merlin line is built in both places(conflicting info) though. Are the Merlins US built or foreign?

What do you guys use to burn DVDs? I have a couple of scratched dvds, and I want to start backing up my others so I don't have to buy anymore replacements. Nero won't let me around the copyright protection on some of them, so I need something else. My only constraint is it has to be able to make the image, and then be able to swap out the dvd for the dvd-r befor burning it since I only have 1 drive.

That is a beatiful car. Maybe you could find an incredible, yet subtle, daily driver install to contrast the show car. Something from a competition might show the lifestyle aspect even better.

Just to clarify, he has(will have) a old versrion Magnum. Didn't the old 15 have slightly larger enclosure recommendations? I remember 3cuft sealed and 4cuft ported.

Thanks. This was just something I never heard a definative answer to. I figured they designed all of their own boards and I still haven't heared a single story of a US Amps amp breaking. I'm glad theres a US Amps forum around now.
