How much muscle? Building muscle mass and running don't exactly go hand in hand. Nothing huge really, just defined I guess. I need a diet plan too lol. I'd like to improve my 1.5 mi run time and situps for my PT stuff.

It's pretty easy to calculate it with a normal torque wrench and an extension.. we do it at work.

Not all of us can be as loud as you your right there where I was with 2 18s. With a little tinkering I think I can get little more. I may drop them down to half ohms each

i forgot to mention that this was on a subpar electrical system. My alt is dying and only charging around 13.xv

I got some new scores.. and holy shit! Burp on the dash at 37hz Street beat score pretty awesome so far getting there.... burp at 25hz... lol burp at 30hz

Charging 4 group 31's and 8k will take a toll on a stock alt lol. It's producing around 13v which isn't bad.. I guess... You need to get a battery tender. When you are not running your car the tender will keep your batteries topped off. I charge them quite regularly actually but that doesn't make up for it in all honesty.
