I have some very thick mat that will add a good bit of rigidity to the roof to keep it from flopping around anymore. We have done this on multiple cars and it has worked great. My initial plan for the roof was to utilize already existing nut plates in the center of the roof.. IIRC there are 3-4 1/4" bolt holes then attach to floor somewhere. How many layers of mat and resin do you typically use? the stuff I have is pretty thick, maybe one or two layers.

got a bit of work done today! FIshing the bolts through. Tyler unbolting the muffler. What I'm doing. ANd what it's all for.. A trailer basket will hold up to 150 Lbs in extra stuff while traveling The final result.. should be great for going places.. Has a 46x28. I received my 16ft of "cool white" LED strops The two strips for the port Tinning the wires All soldered up and heatshrinked both done All lit up and pretty, I need to repaint the port to make it look pretty again.

If there is a big drop between the front and back more than a .5v I would check all of my connections, and ensure that nothing is grounding out. -

When your Alt RPMS drop your voltage will drop too. Only thing you really can do is either hold RPMS to raise you voltage while stopped. Sounds like you might need a slightly smaller pulley because the turn on RPM for that alt is probably around 1000-1500 rpm -

Yeah it was an Enamel based paint... I'm not sure how old it was because I picked up from walmart.. Could of been old But I have no Idea.

Saw this in a parking lot... It's not intentionally lowered like that.. Looks like the springs are 100% bottomed out.. Do people really not notice this kinda stuff?
