Been there, done that haha. What protein do you take? Ive been having a hard time finding protein that actually agrees with my stomach. Most just are heavy and make me sick I take NOW whey isolate. It's unflavored and mixes well in water. You shouldn't have any problems with it. I bought 10 lbs of some cheaper whey isolate from true nutrition and it made me sick to my stomach like you said. I used to take muscle milk with milk and that was Ok, but just way too many calories/sugar. Mixing most protein shakes with water IMO is terrible.

Well I know that I would be taking it every 5 hours then. Hope you feel better man.Going to time the Ibuprofen to be at peak during the last hour. Figure that might help. And make sure I do no movement hardly at that time.I would have suggested this if I knew you could take IBU also. Usually when on vicoden they don't like the Tylenol and ibuprofen mix.its hydrocordone. My wife told me it was vicadin and I didnt look until 5 min ago, lolI had the worst experience with hydrocodone. I took two on a semi empty stomach, my world started to spin and spin, then I just vomited every where. Just terrible.

Snap on tools are pricey, we have a truck come by and I see something and want it.. then see the price and I'm like fo-get-it. I mainly buy Chraftsman tools just because of the great warranty.. and especially if your snap on truck driver knows you break stuff a lot and decided to stop coming around, lol. I have several craftsman tools, but honestly they are the ones that get used the least. I bought several over 20 years ago when they were still decent, but most have broken and been replaced by their newer shit that does not hold up. I have a set of standard wrenches (from ~9/32 to 1 1/2) that are decent, but the most common wrenches (5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 9/16, 3/4, 13/16) have all been replaced by MAC wrenches. All my Crapsman ratchets are no longer. The vast majority of my tools are MAC, and I have about ~$130-150 grand worth of hand/specialty tools (excluding electrical, diagnostic, and scan tools). Honestly their ratchets break gears all the time. I have recently bought ~$750 worth of Snap-On ratchets over the past few months and I find they are much nicer. 80 teeth as opposed to 72 teeth, and they are really holding up under a lot of abuse. I put big cheater pipes on my stuff, and over the past 3 months I have had then they are really dealing with my abuse. I have snapped handles with the way I treat my ratchets, but these Snappys are nice. But the MAC flank drive wrenches I have are ~15 years old. I have never broken one, but I have lost a few. I got the extra length wrenches, which they do not offer any more, and with 15 years of hard use they have lasted. All my wrenches are MAC (aside from my standard stuff) and I have about $1500 in wrenches, most of my screw drivers, all my pliers (again, over $1500 in pliers), almost all of my sockets (easily $7500 worth), my digital torque/angle wrenches and so many more hand tools are all MAC. Although my clicker torque wrenches all Matco (older stuff, before they artificially inflated their prices). For home use Craftsman is OK. But for those of us who make a living from our tools and demand durability, there is no comparison between most Craftsman and professional level tools like MAC, or Snappy. Matco is overpriced now a days, and Cornwell... do they exist any more? I've done jackMy new Dark Night router is the fucking shit. We have a hodge podge of tools. (I work on air crafts) of snapon, bluepoint, Craftsman, and matco and honestly I think ive seen more broken snap on ratchets than anything, just terrible. The CM ratchets arent that great but I do like, the rarcheting wrenches. Its more of a preference any tool will break. But I think snapons warranty is like.. 2 years? I cant remember. If I break a ratchet once a year thats fine doesnt bother me as long as I can return it no questions asked lol

    BL Question

Larger = increased efficiency at tuning bigger boxes are typically more efficient, but you can run into softpart limitations

is there any concern with battery damage from heat? Well there is an issue with that, I've seen a few ipad installs most tablets will not turn on until they are cooled off from the heat of the car baking in the sun. Not sure if the Minnesota summers are that hot, but it could be an issue. Ipads are pieces of shitmy Galaxy tab 10.1 did the same thing when left in the car.

I've seen people cut holes in vents behind the dash to route some air behind it so whenever they remote start their car the AC will cool it down so it can turn on.

That is probably the easiest dash removal of a high end car, most are ridiculously difficult.

Agreed, I have some Snapon crimpers but that's about it. I really like the Craftsman hand tools/boxes but thats about it.

yeah I used the spring clips but the 3/8" sockets I have are far too heavy to stay secured. That's cause the metal spring clips really, really, suck. I'll take loose over those. For deep toolbox drawers, the Hansen trays work well, the ones from Menards aren't to bad really, I don't use them much but I like them. Yeah I use the ones from Harbor freight, they aren't bad just not able to throw them in my tool bag and go.

    My progress.

So I've decided to get back into the gym after awhile. I started using the JEFit app on my ipod/Note 2, it's a great app that has tons of submitted workout profiles, you can also make your own, it tracks your progress, suggests where you should be hitting after X weight. It's pretty awesome. Also it syncs your data to their website so whether you use your ipod one day or your android device another day it'll all be up to date. I work out 5 days a week which usually looks like Mon: Chest & Tricepts Tue: legs and Abs Wed: Back And Abs Thu: Biceps and shoulders Fri: Run day Sat: rest Sun Rest. So monday: Bench Press 5 sets of 6x125 lbs Incline bench 3 sets 8x95lbs Dumbbell Bench 3 sets 8x60 Incline dumbbell bench 3 x 8x50 Dumbbell Fly 3 sets 8x15 Dumbbell Standing Tricep Extensions 3 sets 15x20 Tricep Pull Downs 9 sets x 8x70 Barbell Tricep Extensions 3 sets 8x120 8x135 4x150 Bench Press Close grip 3 sets 8x60 2 mile Sprint/Runs

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

What phone are you running?I had CM 10 on my Galaxy S2,3 and Note 2 and I rather liked it, however there were some downsides. On some phones it'll make the audio quite quiet which is rather annoying, some GPS will be quite slow. There is a lot you can do with CM10.. The battery life in my experience on multiple phones is rather lack luster IMO. With the standard power saving mode on my Note 2 stock I can easily obtain over a day of battery life. Honestly I would stick with a stock modified ROM (many come with alternative Kernels) and you'll be much happier. I'm currently running Jedi on mine and I absolutely love it, you get all of the stock features with no bloat and many many mods. Nexus 7 Tablet, not a phone. My "carpc/headunit" and I need to root it. Think the kernel update will work with either stock or CM 10.1 Honestly Imo you may have to have a custom recovery which means youll need to be rooted. But honestly I would go with a debloated sped up stock rom with a custom kernel... I didnt gain anything by having my phones or tablets on, cm10 besides visual customization What do you mean by visual customization? With something like CM10.1 you get the look and feel of Android 4.1 with a different skin, you're able to adjust a lot of things how the phone operates in terms of the look of it. More or less its just a themed version of each distribution. CM for most people will give you no bloatware, better battery life, and a more stock android feel.. but honestly when I've used it I've ran into more problems than it was worth. On all of my devices sound through the headphone jacks & speakers was nearly cut in half (including calls), the GPS had numerous issues, battery life was lack luster, and in some cases was just slower. But don't let that discourage you, the great thing about custom roms it's easy to do and you can always revert back to stock android pretty easily. But with CM10 I've just not had great luck in general, I really do prefer the stock roms that have been tinkered with to get rid of all the bloatware with a few themed UI's. AOSP is what CM10 is themed after, so if you just google AOSP you'll get a pretty good idea.
