Does RCA cable brands matter much with bass amps?
Julian replied to Lifted07Duramax's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
as long as they're shielded you should be okay, you may get an engine whine if they're lower quality. for RCA's for an amp i would suggest the Knukonceptz product detail for KLARITY 2 CHANNEL RCA KABLE 5M they're GREAT and CHEAP. switched from some Scocshe which whined and buzzed to these and they fixed the problem Sundowns were having problems with some expensive brands so Jacob recommends some cheap ones, I was using some from Autozone with no problems and then upgraded them to KnuKonceptz Klarity with no problems. butt hole! you beat me to it, mine was to long winded hehe and also im *preeety* sure that only applied to strapping amps between the two. i'm not quite sure though -

I know where you live.... as we all do....

tak to Denim or get in contact with SSA themselves, and ask them if they can beef it up. But, if you don't have the self control i wouldn't give you anything if i were. you're just asking for trouble. either sell the Icons and buy a bigger sub, or control yourself.

you could but you would need EXCESSIVE deadening.
-
stop huffing it, it's bad for you
-
where were the LED's connected to? on the board or did you wire it to something else?
-
if the BTL's wont work for you look into the Xcons, they work great sealed or ported.
-
making a huge slot port is fairly easy...
-
the d2's can form a load of either 1 ohm or 4 ohms d1's can only forum .5 ohms and 2 ohms universal widens the gap so it can take either the 1 or 4 ohm load.

Second that, as long as the coil hasn't been disturbed you should be okay.
-
what subwoofer are you using?
-
second third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth nine ten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly, if you buy quality products, they should be able to sell quite easy. down grade or upgrade.

I ran ~1100watts on 4 gauge for a very long time before i had gotten my saz 3000kd
-
I fit 8 gauge into it. look for a reducer if it bothers you that much something like this but it wouldn't be worth it. imho
-
how many feet is the 4 gauge ran for? and what does your voltage sit at when you are play it?
-
I second that, you can have Shizzzzon design you a box, have Homedepot cut the peices of wood for you (about 2.50) and then glue/screw it together.

Talk to BKOLFO4 Basically a Mayhem is like a fully loaded BTL with minor differences BKLFO will be able to give you a price or point you in the right direction

if you want to run 1500 watts you're going to need a good electrical system.
