Stereo Installation Wiring HELP!
Julian replied to xAndrew225x's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Is he using the factory speakers? If not I would just find a dealers wiring diagram, Find the Negative, Positive, Ignition and use wire taps to tap it all. Then i would run an External amplifier for the speakers. If you can't find a wiring diagram you could always test it for the constant +12v and -12V, then turn the key on and see which one jumps from 12v to 0v. He's lucky, they don't even make a dash kit for my car yet, let alone wiring harnesses. -

We were lookin' in the 67-69 models of Impala, Yeh I voted for the import, cause untill he gets a source of income Dad will be putting gas in it. The black and blue combo was the idea from the start. Thanks for the comment. Every time i see a new post by Sefugi i get excited and check it.. but... i keep seeing theres no new pictures :[

Cancellation? that's my first guess if they're not strapped, are the gains exactly the same? Check the voltage at your terminals of your amplifiers and then at your battery bank to see if you're loose or something. -
is that a monte carlo?

Right now I have a Blaupunkt VA-2200 bridged to each channel, which is rated 600w RMS @ 4ohm. So I have 600w per channel to them at the moment. When I switch to active I'll use these for the mids, so I'll have 600w per midwoofer. I also have a Blaupunkt VA-2100 which when running active will be used to power the tweeters, that is 100w x 2 @ 4ohm. So when running active, I have an available 1400w+ on my frontstage I don't know for certain where the factory crossover points are. I'm probably going to shoot an email off to Bravox to see if they'll release some information on the tweeter (Fs, etc) and the xover point of the passives and use it as a starting point. 600 WRMS?

For me its hard to choose a top sport. i guess my list falls this way. 1. NFL 2. NBA 3. NCAA Football 4. NCAA Basketball 5. Soccer/hockey 6. Nascar/any car racing Baseball just bores the hell out of me! You find baseball boring but you can watch Nascar? Hurry up, turn left. . . Oh wait, turn left. . . Here we go, turn left. Rally Car racing >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>....NASCAR

BRZ1700.1D??
Julian replied to xAndrew225x's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
If you're happy with your current Hifonics amp, i see no wrong by upgrading. just don't expect 100% of the power from that amp. Why not be an adult and save up for a sundown? -
Need a good quality amp
Julian replied to dcyphure's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I know stetsom makes 2 ohm amplifiers, check our store or www.db-r.com . They have very small footprints, extremely efficient, and also perform. -
First off we need YOUR max dimensions, second, SQL does not exist SQ and SPL are two different things.

X2, This happened to me once by accident, either run at 4 ohms, or buy a new amp :[
