Sexxxy! Anything to prevent tinsel slap? Will you have any other lineups? -
Patience They will contact you either through email or over the phone.

You could use aeroports instead of a slot. That would allow you to use 40-50% less port area. And yes it has been done 4 21's

Help setting SSF properly on a saz 3500d..

Rule of thumb is 4-5 Hz under tuning. -
Look around a FS/FT thread, you can always get a smaller woofer (10-15) and get a rebasket for it so it can be reconed to a 18

My CO is my Recruiter. But damn. i hate waiting, how was basic?

For the most part Taco Bell Isn't too bad for you in terms of fast food options, besides high sodium content it is probably the best you'll find in terms of fast food. It's been about 2 months and i'm still waiting to go to basic for the air force, do you guys know how long it typically takes to go? Check out your contract. It has a ship date on it. IF you cannot find it go see your recruiter again. J My commanding officer doesn't even know yet, which is odd. He said he hasn't gotten the schedule yet.

I have a suggestion, put a couple more fans and flush mount them onto the top board, put two pushing and two pulling, wire a relay and connect them to the relay so they can get plenty of power through your power and ground, instead of the HU power.

The false floor may need to go, or like said above you may need to cut holes to bring in fresh air instead of circulating already hot air around

higher voltage = higher dbs?
Julian replied to harveywong's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Thanks guys. Well, first off i'd give a couple alternator companies a call such as DC power Engineering(), Irragi, Ohio Gen, Etc and see how much a HO alt would be, if it's only a little more expensive than a larger battery (say a d3100) I'd just go with the HO alternator instead. -
a fan from a computer would help.

The power handling on the Z.2 series isn't up, also it seems like the power handling on the shades v.2 are the same, i thought they were higher power handling. But anyways,

You'll gain more power, lower voltage = more Amperage drain (Volts*amps[efficiency]=Watts) Lets say you're voltage is at 13.4, and your amp can pull 300A (I know with sundown amplifiers the fuse rating is fairly accurate to gauge amperage draw, but not entirely sure on AQ amps) and lets just say your efficiency is 75% at 1 ohm. That would be 13.4 * 300 * .75 = 3 015, if we drop 1 volt you can lose 225w RMS. It can mean tenths on a meter, but to your ear; it'll probably mean nothing But the biggest thing of all, It takes power to make power. Upgrading your alternator will be a great choice, you can never go wrong with more power. Your system is only as strong as your weakest link. -

BIG speed bump in getting my SMDs bumpin
Julian replied to BanginGMC's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
You should look into SounDigital, Get some hella efficient amplifiers, a big ol' battery bank and your alt and you'd be set my DC 260 did 130~ on idle -
I hate to say this, but i can't wait till fall/winter, this 116 degree temp is starting to kill me!

Most cars can't handle above 14.9v/15v, things start to break or stop working
-
First off, what's your electrical system like? Second off, don't go talking about impedance rise, because in a daily situation it's garbage.
-
I've always had great success with KK CCA. it handles 50-100~ amps less then full copper (They say) and besides the matter Wire is wire, You don't need a ton of flexibilty running through your car, but when you get to the fuse blocks/amps/etc you may want to buy some more flexible stuff. also don't buy off of ebay.
