Oh god, we owned a Transmission shop and to get anything replaced on the bimmers it was literally an arm and a leg.. Parts are hella expensive.. on top of 50-100 dollars an hour... gets pricey quick I would own a BMW or VW.. but the prices are INSANE

I understand completely I wasn't too worried.. I'm not going to bitch when i knew something may take some time, and you getting sick was an outside variable too. I haven't had one bad experience with DC yet, so i'm not gonna freak out.

That is because you've never had one done right. BIG pieces of meat should always be cooked slowly. Frying doesn't do that. And yes an oven can yield skin that is equal to that of a fried bird, but it isn't trivial to get right unlike the deep fryer. You've perhaps seen those oil less deep fryers? Guess what they really do. lol. Don't get me wrong, the skin should be delectable as it IS the best part of the animal. Well my family typically fries smaller birds, no gigantic birds for frying. We typically have two Turkeys one fried and one baked. It's not that i hate baked birds.. it tends to be kinda dry, since the bird has been dropped in oil it tends to be slightly more moist. The oil has NOTHING to do with the moisture level. Proper cooking is what determines that. Tell them to stop overcooking the shit out of the one in the oven. Dry turkey sucks, but don't blame the cooking method instead blame the cook. Next time i'm up in MN i'm gonna call you up and ask for you to cook for me Mr. Chef! ha.

haha.. Damn you'e just a tall man.. sheesn i thought my dad was tall.. he's like 6'5". Our explorer fits him perfectly.. you may have to go to a much larger car. I agree the Caddy has come a long way. Personally i like the looks of the caddy. By size i think they meant the outside, length and width of the cars.. If i could own them it'd be a toss up. I'm partial to american cars.. due to My Grandfather working at ford for so long. I'd choose the CTS-V.. but i'm about 7 inches shorter than you.. *awaiting flames* Drive them both you will change your mind. Basing your opinion on anything else makes no sense. Very true, I'm just basing my opinion off of looks. Not in the market for a new car.. but surprised that something american made is competing with the M5 which is supposed to be stellar. But in the end.. Until i have a kid i won't be needing a 4 door beast. Although i'm lusting for a bigger car.. I like the looks of the Chevy Avalanche.. but still i'm happy with the 11' stang

I do not like baked turkey what-so-ever.. More of a fried bird kinda guy.

buzzing sound after switching head unit
Julian replied to bcst86's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Check your grounds and make sure they are grounded well. That's what typically causes buzzing/whining. -

Julian replied to holley2346's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Unless your pulling 1200 amps i wouldn't be too worried about 4/0.. Maybe 2/0 www.cableyard.com sells 1/0-4/0.
