I would suggest the BL, It would be much louder and sound very good on 1200 watts... Although it is vehicle Dependant, I'm very confident that the output of the Q will not suffice.

At a bare minimum i would suggest 126.22 in^2.. But what you have should work well.

Loud subs, in the sealed they dropped off output around 30 ish hz which isn't bad They sound pretty good
