Funny you bring this up. How politically correct do you think it is for the kid's to push teh bus? This shit would never fly now.LOL I agree today in general everybody feels everything has to be politically correct, but who determines what is and what is not? Better yet what is that? Here is a good one, how many peple go out and collect their own eggs and later that day butcher a chicken for supper? Not wanting to start a debate, but rather venting about shit. When i was in high school.. it had to be REALLY REALLY REALLY bad... say raining ice storms below 30 degrees easy... school wouldn't be closed up until 5 am the next morning... i think from Sophmore-senior year i had about 6-7 snow days total.. mostly in my senior year... Recently they closed school for 1-2 days for 8 inches of snow... and they didn't know up until thenext day. Um, yeah. I grew up in Moorhead MN which when you google will realize is the same city as Fargo ND. It took some SERIOUS weather to close our schools down lol. The longest i had off was around a week.. was when i was 10-11ish we had heavy rain all night, next morning everything froze.. i mean everything.. ice on the ground alone was porbably 3-4 inches thick. . thicker in some places. but powerlines were destroyed.. lots of things. so we got a couple days off.

The high QTS option removes metal from the motor (Lowering BL) allowing it to be better suited for sealed application. You can put a high QTS woofer in a ported enclosure, it will not blow up, cause nuclear war, or raise zombies from the ground it just won't sound optimal. I would also suggest the cooling option.
  6. I think you blew the power supply...

God how America has changed. And for the most part it is not for the better. J Honestly, i blame suburbia for that... it desensitizes people from the real world.. that's what overprotective parents and lawsuits are for. say you would of gotten hurt when you were pushing the bus, the bus drivers job would be gone... and would be sued for reckless endangerment.

Balanced transmission is widely used in networking (my networking exam was yesterday). The amplitude of the signal will be the potential between 2 wires. For instance, if you want to send 5v on an RCA, you will have "0V" on the jacket and 5v on the tip. Interference will change the signal. In a balanced connection, you would have 2.5V on one wire and -2.5v on the other wire. That means that no matter what interference you have in the car, the voltage difference between the 2 wires will almost always be the same. But I want 150w / channel first and foremost Hahahahahaha you said on the tip. J hahaha! you said TIP!

    Wiring up subs

Depends on the amplifier, for a final 1 ohm load you would need 4 ohm coils, and for a final load of 2 ohms you would need the 8 ohm coils

straight from their site "SymbiLink™ components convert a standard unbalanced audio signal into the fully balanced domain usually reserved for expensive professional audio equipment found in recording studios or at your local concert venue. After this conversion is made, the audio cabling becomes virtually immune to electrical interference in the surrounding environment and is much less susceptible to signal degradation over long cable runs. It is for this reason that balanced signal cables are common in professional or industrial applications. ZAPCO has made this technology available for your car. ZAPCO engineers also discovered that the pulsating D.C. current in the automobile chassis and amplifier power wiring caused a significant amount of low frequency distortion. ZAPCO's balanced SymbiLink™ technology completely eliminates this distortion."

I use several all the time at work. The cheaper ones won't be accurate at distance and the "better" ones will be more accurate and have the ability to do fun things like take water temps through pipes. MEasurement range will also be limited with the cheaper units. I use this for motor temps. http://www.sears.com...=1&blockType=G1 And this for everything else. http://www.fluke.com...1.htm?PID=56089 Hot dang, a bit rich for my blood I'll keep scavenging ebay auctions for some good deals. Already found a german made thermometer, fingers crossed it won't go for very much:) http://www.amazon.co...ASIN=B0017L9Q9C That's a bit better? I lied Shipping: Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. Thanks ! Shipping ain't no problem. For now I'll lay low and try to fund my Zapco 1000.4 purchase Arm and a leg i assume?
