OR find these at your local radio shack, still look good but are better.
-
They could melt. I've seen it happen before, Just go to your local hardware store and pick up some long brass bolts and use those instead
-
I'll get some pics in a bit

Justin knows HID's. Oh I was taking about cleaning brakes of brake dust and rust.
-
No one? Not evein Tirefryr?
-
I think Fi at one point was making their own PR's not sure anymore. But IIRC they were much cheaper

Because halogen bulbs aren't as bright, they only use a reflector to aim the light, HID's need a projector to create a cutoff as to not blind other people That was my next deal for my Mustang, but.. Any of you gear heads know something that will get rid of rust, road dust, etc from brakes? It makes my rims look like shit.. Oh and something to protect them.

WHy is the hop so slow.

Nah was just something noticeable lol. Kinda my pet peeve

Higher tuning with a larger box volume will end up with an awesome low end output with good numbers.. Why does .9 dB matter when it's in audible to the ear?
-
Finally got pictures uploaded, here they are. The box came in immaculate condition and seems like someone knew that inside laid a beautiful sub Only qualms with the Zcon is, the paint seems to be peeling off of the basket. I can use my fingernail and it will come right off which makes me sad

Would I Need A High Ouput Alternator?
Julian replied to HawkEye's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Unless you have restrictions in the back, there no real use for a larger battery in the front, I'd put a larger batter in back. Many of my friends with big systems don't even run front batterys.. lol Even with my 2 dekas I can start my car without a front batter lol -

I run nearly 4k on my stock alt.. however it's a stock 190 amp and I'm running two dekas in the rear. I trickle charge them every week or every other week. -

Finally got the Xcon! Not all smiles though...
Julian replied to aboveak's topic in Sound Solutions Audio (SSA®)
at least that wasn't the motor, maybe you can pick up a new one. I've seen em range 10-20 bucks, maybe even free from SSA, who knows. http://fixmyspeaker.com/ProductList.php?CatID=19 -
Think you should probably tune a little higher..

Lol! I never said they were? Not sure where you got that. I wasn't bashing them, I think it's funny how people think they are getting a good "deal" on an amplifier... Do you know how much it is to make an amplifier and ship it to the us from Korea? I know companies producing amplifiers off the shelf like many others for 2-3x they're selling tem for. So the whole "good price" is a load of absolute shit. I could start producing Amps for around 30k and be making profits without a doubt on every unit sold. So get the fuck out of here- 37 replies

I fixed it for you. I'd much rather have, for example, ZED > Sony. 5-6 years ago I'd have Sony over Zed personally. I kinda laugh at the statement "Good product at a good price", the price to make it they're probably STILL making over 100% profit.
