Fill it with some black ca glue or some body filled and ppastidip it.

Why? You will not hear a difference between the two.

I have the same set and like it, I have yet to break one or really been let down by it. I think I got mine on sale for around the 200$ mark. Unfortunately a guy with very sticky fingers from my last shop made off with about 30 of my sockets and replacing them is a pain. It is almost just as expensive than buying a whole new set.

Realistically it's even less than that before efficiency losses, power compression, and the fact that a large burp will quickly drop the voltage down to battery resting voltage. If you're pulling nearly 500 amps at around 65% efficiency you're looking at less than 200 Watt difference, but the caviot is you'd have to be able to keep the consistent voltage for it to even matter.

Your port should run the entire width of your box, basically a huge slot port.

Is there any specific information on how to measure them to get the specific crossover points?

I'm learning a lot. you can use the rear battery as a distro block run to rear batter straight from front battery no battery isolater needed unless you have a parasitic drain or two different chemistry batteries if the car sits a lot.
