Depending on your box You will want to set your SSF (Subsonic filter) 3-4hz below your port tuning (if you're running a ported box) adjust the LPF where ever your mids roll off at which can range from 50-125hz The low-pass filter eliminates the notes you don't want your subwoofer to play. It also acts like a tone control to capture the "edges" of the kick drum's sound; the attack and release of its boom. Filter out the cymbals, strings, vocals, and guitars. Leave the bass and the low drums.. DO not use bass boost! This post on crutchfield will also help.. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-GZMC37viYHD/learn/car/subwoofers/tuning.html th

No, I just use the regular gap filling foam, the stuff that tends to expand more is less dense which personally I don't like. If you can't tell I filled a ~4 in gap with 1 in gap filling foam and that only took two cans for top, bottom and the dome light gaps.

Post a picture and we can probably find you a replacement. its probably a molex connector

Foam is always messy, just gotta wait for it to dry and clean it up That's odd, my buddy gained around 2 db just by sealing... all cars are different I guess.
-
Brutal, it's getting lower and lower as the days go by its dropping down past 30hz with ease.
-
It's gonna get louder. I dare you to guess how many cans I used for the bottom/top/roof!

I would like to delve into the world of cheeses but I'm not sure where I'd start. I'm not a huge fan of pungent cheeses... I like them in very small bites with something to cut the crazy flavor... hmmm
-
I can understand the frustration, but you gotta realize how HOT a dustcap can get just from playing. If it's peeling I would suggest just reapply some spray on adhesive to the back of the sticker.

Probably both lol I realized I have not eaten since yesterday at 5pm. I've done that before been so busy and not eat for a day then drank... bad bad day lol. On another note I love pepperjack cheese... mmmm

Probably both lol
