Got it from TermPro forum, but original design was for 2 12's. My buddy is a mechanical drafter and he scaled it up for 2 15's. The design itself is simple. The concept of what goes on inside the box is very difficult.

They probably are, but it does almost 166 inside the port.
-
Yes it is, but it is loud for such a little box.

Thanks Man. No HO alt yet. I do have 3 Yellow Tops. The 2 in the back are Group31 Yellow Tops and I have a D34 Yellow Top under the hood. So far the lowest the voltage has been is 12.9 volts. Not too bad.

Sweet looking setup Walt. Can't wait to hear it.

Some open discussion on product development.

Hey Jacob, how about different coil configurations for instance my my cone rise is 3x on my spl box so that makes it 1.7 ohms with amp wired at half ohm. If my math is correct, if I had dual 1.4 ohm vc's, the amp would be at .35 and cone rise would make it just over 1 ohm and I would get the full potential out of my 3500. Geez I wish I could remember all of those Ohm's Law formulas. I wish I knew how to lower my cone rise to 2x that would be cool as well. -
very nice power supply and it looks neat and tidy.

Help! Need Subs For The Joshua Sparks Benefit Bash In Columbia Thi
Kickin Kia posted a topic in Sundown Audio
Hello Guys. I have a true s.o.s situation here. One of my beloved Nightshades 15's is coming apart. The screws that secure the basket to the motor are all loose and the motor is just about ready to fall off the basket. The sub is fine as far as the coil goes, but it still has to be reconed. Jacob is trying to get me another sub for the show on Saturday, but may not have one by then. I would like to know if any one has any 15" subs I can borrow just for the show. I prefer dual ones if anybody has any. If not, I could use one dual 2 to go with my other working dual 2. I am trying to qualify for the NSPL World Finals. Any one that can help me on this dilemma, I will buy them lunch. -
Congrats Jacob!

Hey Guys. I wanted to show you a few items I picked up this weekend in Newton Grove NC. What's In The Box? NSCSPL Loudest Of The Day JFF- Truck 165.5DB in the Port This is what was in the box! The Highlander Sword. One Hell of a competition and against a tough competitor named Brian Thornhill The Highlander Sword Unsheathed. I really had an awesome time at the show this weekend and thanks to everyone for helping me out. Props to Jacob for building a very strong subwoofer and My 3500D amplifier. I set a State Record in StreetBeatz with 149.4DB on music. Chock up another victory for Team Sundown.

Thanks man. The sword is not real sharp nor is it real dull. It has a little bit of an edge on it. -

Thanks Jacob. The Nightshades got the toughest workout ever that day. I must say they are still kicking. Coils and everything still look like the day I got them. -

I am not sure, but that was my first ever Highlander attempt and took down a guy who is really tough at these comps. -

Hello everybody. I just wanted to let everyone know that my Kia Sportage SUV is on the Sundown Audio's Rides Page. It is listed under the Customer's Ride's Page, but it should be listed in the Team Sundown Audio Member's Page. I am just happy they accepted my pics. Tell me what you think guys. -
Congrats Gary! Maybe you can give me some advice on how in the world to get 150+ sealed in my Kia Sportage. I have plenty of power and 2 15" Nightshades. Just cannot get that 150 sealed.

That first box looks very familiar. LOL! I like the second box better.

Damn! Dj. If you have full coverage insurance here in SC windshields are replaced free. I hope it is the same there. Video looks awesome by the way.

You are not the only one trying to get a 150.

I plan on being there if I don't have to work.

Jacob is always thinking outside the box. He will always surprise you.
