today i started my new job... i run the machine that inserts/crimps the projectile into the case of the 30mm round fired in the A-10 (warthog) Thunderbolt tank buster attack plane. we load TP (target practise) HEI, AP (depleted uranium and others) and several others. the TP projectile weighs in at .84 pd.....hehe..cool huh? that works out to a 5,880 grain bullet... anyway, i think i now have the coolest job ever.....btw, the pay is good, the benefits great and i don't work hard... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the vb part is the part that needs clearing up.... Vb= net internal volume of the box, correct? if that is the case, how is it written into the formula as square inches? bigger_george is building an enclosure for his rl-p 15's and needs to be able to calculate port length...however, he needs to plug in the Vb and he's trying to use square inches... here's the thread <-----click this link... so, which is right? i say Vb is supposed to be in cubic not square inches correct? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

memphis belle here's the big one, with 1100 wrms on the sub and 75wrms per the other 4 channels here's teh lil belle....400wrms for the sub and 55 per the other channels if all u'r planning on running is 400-500 wrms on ur sub, u won't need 200 wrms on ur highs. it takes less power to get the highs as loud compared to the lowend. i'd suggest the lil belle in ur case. it's a great all around amp, and if bought from a dealer (ie, NOT online), u get a 4 year warranty. something else to think about daos.. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee -
tim..tom....whatever ....my bad tOm.. i'll try not to let it happen again...hehe the flashlight idea is a good one petey!! pics of my box later today...lol wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

well, i too built a box today... nailing a box together??? that is "oldskool"... the only thing i can offer, other then what petey and tim touched on is this..when caulking, after u ran ur bead, pull the plunger back outa the tube. it'll release the pressure and u won't have caulk all over the place. and tim, plan ur box? yeah, right... i always plan ,y box and then change it and build it as i go.. though a well planned box is a whole lot easier to build.. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

yeah?? who needs cheez when u got credit?? btw..i'm already looking into buyin a c3-c4..the c3 is the body style i like the best anyway..especially 81-82.the crossfire injection sucks, so i'll drop in a big block...hehe wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Seas, huh? i run the focal 165v's in my truck and like them..as long as i only use the h/u to power them. i have amped them with just 35wrms and the tweeters getting way to harsh at higher volumes. the midrange is exceptional, however, when they are crossover correctly.....long story. i would prefer they had a silk or soft dome tweeter for powering them with anything more then say 20wrms... btw, mine are the polyglas..like 2 steps down from teh k's i believe. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

One morning a husband took a pair of underwear out of the drawer. "What the ?????" he said to himself as a little "dust" cloud appeared when he shook them out. "April," he hollered into the bathroom, "why did you put talcum powder in my underwear?" She shot back: "It's not talcum powder. It's Miracle Grow." now ya know the......rest of the story. hehehehahhahaha wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
