Not in Hokie land According to the wonderful laws of the communist wealth, until the day of her 18th birthday she has no consent. It's up to the parents. If the girl says yes, and mom and dad say no..................... better get ready to spend some time with bubba it's illegal but not necessarily a felony. "The second statute deals with someone 18 years of age or older having sex with someone age 15, 16, or 17 years of age, which is a class one misdemeanor and punishable with up to one year in jail and a $2,500.00 fine" gotta love illinois "Seventeen, unless the relationship involves a "person in authority" such as a teacher, coach, counselor, etc. then the age is raised to 18. " poor teachers. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Unless the sub is in the same position with the same volume displaced by the enclosure and with a PORT in the same place as your comp enclosure, you're still missing a lot. You've got the right ideas, they're just imcomplete in their application. this is similiar to the way i now do that, only i simply plug the port. this way i'm using the exact subs, enclosure, power and placement to help determine peak frequency. if tuning is wrong, anotehr box is built. of course, typically a sealed box like LB uses is the first step to find an initial peak. maybe not perfect, but it does get one in the ball park and it's easy to build/tune one way or another. it's also a good way to test placement as you can slide enclosure around to find the highest peak reading/frequency. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

a 22" with a bit more sidewall is going to offer a better overall ride. and not having to trim the body is a plus as well. my vote is for the 22" spokes, and a skinny whitewall might not be bad. maybe mustard and mayo? that just might be pimp, lol. seriously. glad to see you did it right as well. that's the only way to do it. my bro-in-law asked me about helping him build a donk to flip. i told him we should redneck it, lol. throw a cutty up on a 4x4 blazer frame. go as big as we want to!! god, only in america! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

wow, this took a turn. jon, while i hate da donks, it's just my opinion, please tell me when you go bigger wheels you will be doing it right? you know, bigger brakes? it's a real lift and not just some bullshit air shocks? and steering geometry is still correct? all that lift and added weight will surely tear shit up and cause potential driveability issues. and i ask as much for your sake as fellow drivers. i've seen people really ghetto up a ride for the sake of 24" wheels and didn't care if it was safe or not. i've even posted a pic or two of what happens when it's not done right. in the end, if donks are you, then they are you. go with what ya know. one helluva topic you started here bro, lol wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

update?? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee -
no, don't give up! hell, maybe you'll achieve what i couldn't, a 150 legal with no wall in the truck. the icons and sundownz are badass, maybe they'll work. my s18x off an orion 2500d, then the hk4000d made it hurt. sitting in the truck was painful. the lowend was plain ungodly. and while lowend don't seem to mike well, lol, it sure does shake shit. like buildings. other cars. brain stems. that shit i could do with ease. (and i miss that) so go for it. even if hairtricks aren't accomplished, a pair of icon 15s and a strapped pair of sundownz 1000ds will surely make the earth move a bit. of course a couple of those 18s sealed and a 3000d??? or ported even, muhahahaha.. oh and HBD!!! hope it's a good and safe one!! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Even still if your budget is X dollars you are ALWAYS better off spending all X on fronts alone instead of fronts and rears. Nothing to do with Nirvana. BUT sq is subjective. so you're not ALWAYS going to be better off with just fronts if you like the surroundsound like effect of having rear speakers. no, ryan1 is correct. if a person wants to have rear fill, then let them have rear fill. i mean, comeon, just how many cars end up having true imaging anyway? i say if they want rear fill, help them make their rear fill as good as possible. suggest the correct way by all means, nothing wrong with options, but try and help fulfill their needs/wants as they see them. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee -
ICON FTW!! they really are that good. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

no wrench turning here, but i am going gun shopping tomorrow, and riding the scoot. does that count? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

john.. i've pulled the backseat out. and if your after hair tricks and such, i just don't think a pair of 15s and 2kwrms is going to cut it. like previously mentioned, i ran a square 18 with ~4kwrms and couldn't pull hair tricks in my silverado. best score was a 144.4 legal. maybe with a perfect enclosure and the stars aligning right, it could be done. but from my experience, the xcab silverado just flat sucks for loud. as far as the wall goes, i was referring to a full on wall. what you are talking about doing, and from the installs pictured, you wouldn't even be doing a half wall. though a half wall with a pair of 15s might help. but i actually tried to create a "crx" enviroment in my truck, ie: used sub up, port back with a false wall on the rear cab, to increase spl. while not adding a bunch to the score, it sure did reach low, lol! in any case, i'll help where i can. and good luck! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

wow. you guys sure are some gloomy gus's. i've been riding on dirt since about 12, street since 19. i've kissed the payment on more then a few occasions, seen a tree up real close and even introduced a scoot to a deer (helmet saved my brain that day). yet i ride. it honestly doesn't matter if you're in a cage or on a scoot, if it's your turn, it's your turn. i've been jsut as close to death, both my fault and not, in a car/truck as i ever have been on two wheels. and yes, i've lost friends who ride. i ride in their honor now, not backing off as that's not what they would want. they loved the wind, as do i, and i won't dishonor their memory but getting rid of the horse. btw, some people my wife knows through work were jsut invovled in a nasty car/motorcycle wreck. and most are in the hospital, but yet even she is still looking forward to the next few weekends as several big rides are coming up. you don't worry or you don't ride. and if i die while riding, it'll be with a smile on my face and my middle finger in the air, lol. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I love your attitude mang!! glad someone does, lol. but really, is there any other way to ride/live? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

we've been living with those for a month now, lol. had over 16" of rain in march. got a few more last night. yay! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee holy crap Kent, send some of that rain my way oh i wish i could. some areas last night got 6" of rain. we got 2" locally, most areas getting about 3". yes, we are flooded. bring trucks and pumps, and all the rain water you want is yours!! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lol, your problem is that your truck just isn't loud. trust me. i've thrown everything but a wall at my old silverado. including a s18x and a hk4000d. there is potential, but it will be work. if you're going to remove the backseat, go 15s minimum, maybe see if mark will hook you up with a pair of the new SSA 18s that are coming out. grab at least a 3000d, maybe one per, upgrade the alternator and add a couple of batteries and you'll have what you are looking for. i just threw my old box in a 2002 xcab with a maw 12 and a memphis 250d. dude is loving it. it's very loud for what it is, but again, he's limited by the backseat amongst other things. xcab silverados just aren't loud compared to their tahoe cousins. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lol, that sucks. and i'm late for work, yay! i'm out. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
