lol, and it starts. and doesn't the explorers still have 5x7s all the way around? placed about midlevel in the door? i've not been in a 08, but it seems like ford really loved that size speaker in that location. if it is a 5x7, it won't be much effort for a dedicated 8" mid to be placed there. though i'm wondering (i'm a bit of a basshead, as sean will attest to) if they are placed at a mid level location what that will do for staging/blending. it will surely help in the ability to hear/fell it though, lol. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

there are two forums here that will help. not too mention a few individuals that post alot of build logs, which is another good forum to browse for ideas. lastly, just ask. alot of us can do stuff, and will offer different ways to achieve the same goals. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Considering the lack of a purchase-able 8 right now I am not surprised. Have to get that guy in production!! We are working on it for sure. Probably one or two changes before production, but we hope to have it out asap with out sacrificing test time or adjustments. i know i want one!! i gotta figure out something for the silverado and the cooper. neither one is steller on the sounds, though the cooper has that wonderful blower whine! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

if it's half as good as the wax, it's worth it's price. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ya i payed like 7.50 or so for it i think and their car wash stuff is nice to pretty much all their products are great Meguiars or 3M ftmfw. i likes my ice. i have some 3m buffing compound, which is the shit. but the ice, imo, is one of the easiest products to use. produces a deep wet shine, don't have to worry about hazing or white residue and it lasts. not knocking either of your choices, but the ice definitely deserves a look. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The only part of my vehicle that still shines are the wheels, so usually I'm just content with getting the worst of the bugs off i wish!! that would be great. would sure make things quicker! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i think the most impressive was the sunshine audio demo van i sat in about 20 years ago. it was a caravan with eight kicker 15s, ten yamaha amps and a blauphunk (sp?) headunit. moved the hair on my legs sitting in that thing, lol. i was stoked, and had mommy buy me the exact same equipment, albeit on a much smaller scale, to go in my truck. i've helped build a few, but i think that van sticks out the most as i think it's what got me hooked. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

try this suggestion. general rule of thumb is 1lb per 1ft^3, but there is no set guidelines. just make sure that the polyfill stays loose and isn't compacted. and not a bad score for a sealed setup. x2!! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

oh, and current mileage for teh fed goverment is 50.5 cents. it was 48.5 last year. when my wife had a company car, she had to pay taxes on it every year. averaged out to about $700. however, her employer would cover a majority of it, amounting to $250 or so being applied to our actual tax return. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
