it work's just fine, i've done it on more then a couple of occasions. turbalance shouldn't ba an issue as longa s the biggest part of your port as enough area...remember, you will be going from small to big, so speed will drop.... also, just a quick tip...a person does not need to paint the entire length of the port, or the backwall....after completing the enclosure, simply spray the mouth of the port and as far into it as you can. once the sub is installed, no light will pass and viola'...it's black (or whatever color you choose) but do indeed roundover your edges... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

gas is crazy here in FL...some places you will see it for 2.96 and others its 3.10...im like WTF? I'm glad we dont have as many taxes as cali though...we still have something like 49.5 cents per gallon tax though. Old tax plan FTL. a great sealed box for what you are after and the power you have, IMO, is 1.25ft^3 sealed.... i'd suggest a minimum of 2ft^3 to port...but that's me...i loved my rl-p in 2ft^3 tuned to 34hz....but it also rocked in 2.5ft^3 tuned to 28hz.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
