i might be buying something sweet... 2000-2001 camaro ss. he was asking 9500, but he's repainted the bumpers and side skirts and replaced the headlights (things that needed done) and just installed a new pair of 6.5s up front. the only downside is the thing is pull-me-over red. he's got just over 7600 in it, so i've got a good starting point. now i have to wait for my settlement ot come in. oh yeah.. steve, aaron...a trainer has written up a guide of excercises to do. reps and sets, but not weight. said i should do just heavy enough so that i can complete every set and rep. this is what i've been doing, but i'm not sure if it's the right thing. should i add more weight and just do as many reps as possible each set? will that make the muscles work harder, grow quicker? i'm not really trying to lose weight, but rather move weight around. my frame carries my 230pds nicely, i just want to tone up and lose the gut. any help is appreciated... including supplements again. i know i've asked before. i've got NO-Xplode, does ok i guess. i want the route to the quickest results so i'll stay motivated, which is my biggest problem. thanks guys.. and good morning IHoP! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Crap!!! You have any pictures of this???? Also was it sealed or ported??? I know I could get close to 6ft^3 if I made it from wall to wall. Would of had to seal it though. I just can't wait to get the dust cap in for it so I can finally fire it up!!! Thanks for the comments! Jon it's ported, lol..very loud. i'll see if i can't grab a pic or two when he picks up his boat today.... again, alot more room in a standard cab dodge then in your ford. so it wasn't quite as hard. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

that's what they said about soloxs too......they play music just fine. now, i know they are completely different woofers, all i'm saying is that there have been "burp only" woofers before the btl, and most of those have ended up in DDs doing what everyone said they couldn't do, and that's playing music. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

nice build... and we've done a pair of 15s in a standard cab truck, you wuss!!! lol...just joking.. but for real, we've stuck a pair of memphis m3 15s behind the seat of a standard cab 2006 dodge ram, ported. of course there's quite a bit more room in one of those, lol. again good work on yours! hope it sounds good bro. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the fi. si and ss subs would all be a good choice. if you stay at or around 600wrms, i'd go soundsplinter rl-i or si bm. you crave more power? look at the fi bl. those would be the three i'd choice from. even if they went over $250. not much going to touch those subs for output/sq... well, the bl is a little biased towards output. but from reviews it doesn't exactly suck at sq. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

IT FUCKING WORKED!! walking out on him and leaving him in the same situation he leaves me in all the time actually opened his eyes!!! friday and saturday were hell, he realized just how much easier i make his life. and he's going to make an effort to put forth the same effort i do. i sure hope he follows through!! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

test.. for looks, one could go all rear firing. simple and clean with predictable results. crx style works in just about everything. again, nice for looks and predictable results. side load the subs and rear fire ports. alot of explorers have success with subs facing the passanger side and ports facing the hatch. will it work in the wagon? who knows. and one of the loudest trunk cars i ever did, take that back, the loudest trunk car i did was 2 s12x in ~7cubes net. subs on opposite sides facing the fenders. each had it's own port facing the same direction. individual chambered box and 4kwrms made for one extremely loud maxima. again, each vehicle is different, so trying different designs will be your best bet wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i was just informed a little while ago that i'm not a good friend. i should be kissign scott's ass for all he's done for me, but for the life of me i can't figure out what that is save employment. i've made him a shitton more money then he's paid me. anywo, the gentleprick informed me that if he was scott, i would not only get fired, but he would fight unemployment. scott has done no wrong and can run his business the way he sees fit. if i was a true friend i would STFU and do as i'm told. wtf? i honestly think i give more then i recieve and will go out of my way to help a friend, a true friend. but since i can't provide evidence of said loyalty, i'm a hypricrite and a backstabber. oh, and when i was about to shove my fist down his throat, he informed me that i was an idiot and he was calling the police. standing in my yard. he had better thank whatever god he prays too my wife and child was there. i guess i need to just bend over backwards and let the world ass rape me until it gets the blood it wants. fuck people. next one that comes at me with an attitude gets smacked... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lol..i guess i'm that way as well. anyway, went by there today for giggles and they have shit all jacked up. can't wait for the complaints!! and since i really didn't feel like talking business, we just went about things as normal. monday won't be bad, worse case i draw unemployment until i find a new job. bike ride today was awesome!! i damn near beat a custom softtail with a (according to the guy riding) 103" motor and a 6 spd. i held second gear a bit too long and he was able to get out in front. my 95" just ran out of motor. the funniest part is he tried the "goodbye wave" liek he was just going to walk me. i grab second when i should've, i'd stayed right on his side. oh well, win some, lose some hehe wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

another part of me says it's all my fault because i am so outspoken. and that outspoken, opiniated attitude is going to put my family in harms way financially eventually if i can't learn to shut the hell up. my wife says that i'm not meant to be in the general public, lol. ain't that the truth? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
-
the thing is, we've had that exact talk. twice. i've told him face to face, almost word for word, what i typed. and we are going to have a third talk monday. i'm not one to talk or say something behind someone's back i won't or haven't said to their face. and that's part of my problem. at least in scott's eyes. i'm too blunt in my feelings, opinions toward people. i don't think before i speak or sugercoat anything and i hurt feelings. at least that's what i'm told. my take on it? if you can't handle the truth straight up, then you didn't want to hear it in the first place. truth is, scott won't change. he doesn't see the need to. regardless of what people tell him (i'm not the first to bring this to his attention.), he sees no fault in how he's running HIS business. upon going full time the first thing he told mw was that everybody that works there develops a bad attitude in 6-8 months. the only constant is scott, and he even agrees it's gotta be something he's doing, but he doesn't know what that is. or he knows, but he's too egotistical to change it. he can't admit he's wrong, or someone is actually better/smarter then he is. in the end, my wife is right. i take too much pride in what i do, no matter what that is. and that is what clashes with scott's "it'll always just roll off me" attitude. he wants to deal with it as it comes up, i want to prevent it from happening. he wants to run things like a bunch of buddies, i want to run it like a business. he thinks parts and inventory can be bought or switched out at the last moment, i think that having what you need makes everything go faster, smoother and with less customer and installer issues. on that note, he admits that since i've been the salesman, we've had far less customer complaints then ever. yet, he can't see why that is. i honestly don't know what to do with him. i don't want to lose a friend i've had for 3-4 years over professional issues, yet he's the type that takes everything to heart and percieves it to be a personal attack. damnit, i'm lost. part of me says fuck it, i've got enough friends. part of me says to not burn bridges, they're not easily fixed. i think it's time for a ride to clear the head a bit. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

no vids of killed subs, sorry. about work, funny thing is, we talked about making the main shop smaller and opening up a second shop here in anna. i run the second one with someone i hire. but i guess that is all out the window after yesterday. here's the rant.... day in day out, i'm the only one on time, period. noone else is ever there by 9 unless, 1) daniel spent the night after cheating on his wife or 2) scott comes in just long enough to say he's leaving. now, we start to schedule cars at guess what time? yep, 9. so for the most part, i'm there by myslef with customers who want their cars worked on. i can't physically watch the counter and work on cars, ask sean. our bay is 50 ft, two doors and two hallways from the store. so i'm left holding the bag until someone shows up or i say to hell with it and jsut trust the customer up front. now, if scott want s to or don't want to be there is his business, he owns the place. but he should at least provide me with the means to run the place in his absence, correct? and he doesn't write down half the shit he schedules. peopel will show up with the bay full of cars and major installs, and tell me scott told them to show up. and 95% of the time, he did just that. so now, we have three, four cars, two installers and pissed off customers. either him or i go in back (usually me) and help, but by then, teh other two are pissed. and daniel, well, he gets to make his own rules. comes in when he wants, has people/girlfriends hangout all day, and then uses the shop has his own personal garge/hotel. yet i'm a bad guy because i give a shit how the place is ran. i just want to snatch scott up by the throat and choke some sense into him. and let's not get started on inventory, cash control or tracking service. we never have enough inventory, except for brief flashes. we are always running out of parts, crimp caps for example. we can get them overnight, yet we've been out for three days, four counting today. amp kits is another thing we run out of quite often. and cash? lol. i try to do something resembling a deposit, but it's impossible. the nubmers never match up. mostly because he'll take money from the drawer and not write it down. so i've gotten to the point of jsut making sure there is ~ $100 in the drawer and the rest is his deposit. he won't even do that. and service? that's a joke. when soemthing needs warrantied, it's replaced over the counter and then the defective item sits in the back. if it's out of warranty, it gets sent off (eventually), and if noone wriotes down it belongs to someone, he'll sell it at first opportunity. i've started a log book to keep track of RA numbers, items sent and when/where and if they are store stock or customer's. i'll wager that'll stop if i no longer work up front. here's where it gets bad. i consider scott a friend, and walking out on him pisses me off at me. i don't like leaving a friend hanging like that, but if i didn't, i would be in jail. so i have a divided conscious. part of me knows i'm right in treating him liek the moron he is in business, but the friend in me says i let a friend down. and if i can't find a job quick enough, i'll be letting my family down, and that rips me up. again, i have no clue. he gets by by the skin of his teeth, yet he smiles at that. says he's doing a good job running his business his way, yet wonders why it doesn't grow. he can't figure out why since he has the best installers, and the best prices, he jsut barely gets by. the answer? i tell him to look in the mirror. there lies his answer. and i can't tell him anything because he takes it as a personal attack. he can't seperate business from personal. he has no clue how to properly run a business, yet thinks it's everyone else's fault when things go wrong. and noone will tell him otherwise. he like to think it's just a clash of egos. it's not that. he's a better installer then i am, no question. the man has skills and knowledge. i love learning from him. yet, when you tell him he's not the most knowledgeable in business, he gets offended. it's his ego, not mine, that gets in the way. well, his ego and my outspokeness. maybe i should just sit down, shut up and work.... but i'm not built that way. sorry for the rant. it's time to call him and see if i'm needed today. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eee
