If you have current draw in excess of 300a.. you need to be running more lines. -

Tin the wire with solder and then put it in the cup and tighten the nut. -
Bracing looks great. Good solid enclosure from the looks of things.

Confirming, if you have noise, you've got shitty grounds.

You are correct, and I'd hang onto that amp. Very nice.

From the album: Grilling in the Desert
we got a little carried away with the flammable liquid. -
lol 13^3ft using everything. You'll be lucky to get 8^3ft out of it, and you'll still have to build in the trunk.
-
The more often you pop that breaker, the less amperage it's going to hold. Replace that bish with a fuse.

Budget and space sir. We can't help those that provide us with no information. -
Use a nut and bolt setup with a lock washer. Drill out the hole first.

lol .53 = 1/2"

For a frontstage amp, since you don't have one.. try and budget for a SAX-100.4D. Then you can run active up front.
-
Not anymore it isn't. Cooling charges won't be added to your order to the best of my knowledge.

You don't necessarily need to buy both BTL's and both 3000D's at once either. Buying one set first and the second set later will still be quite the impressive setup.
