Not the outside of the boat, you tard.

    Something is wrong.

You didn't turn off the amp before you hooked the speaker up? Bad idea.

    1500D Cables

You can use 14-12awg speaker wire. The remote line is fine at 18awg. But use whatever you can get cheaply.

    12"Fi Q vs 12 Type R

Post up some pictures of your boat. Perhaps we can offer a new mounting location. Most people cut holes on the inside of the boat to mount the sub and then build a box behind it using the boat itself as part of the box.

Ixl 10 compared to RE SX

Why should ohm load matter? Dual 2 is a perfect combination as it can be wired to 1 ohm (which is where most mono blocks produce the bulk of their power).

    Pics of my new toy.

Looks like a Vortech Supercharger. I don't think any self respecting mustang owner would put a turbo on a V8. Overall, I like the understated look of it. Minimal exterior mods, but thought out (brakes and what not).

    SPL12 and 2 AQ2200s *VID*

That amplifier install is a bit scary... but the box looks sweet.

    some help pls?

A budget, listening preference and space available are all places where you need to start first.

    dcon 10's

A smaller box will allow the woofers to handle a bit more power at the sacrifice of some lower sounding notes. Larger boxes are generally more efficient with the given power.

Which SSA Sub would fit my needs?

This is still a prevalent question. One you still need to answer.

    1 10 and a 151?

That's what I was initially eluding too. There was no "hating".. someone needs to calm down. Then learn how to edit.

    A little HT/Thumper Project

If you're using flared ports, each one needs to be 33.64" long.

    Passive Radiator enclosures?

Tunable sealed. Or, in their own category altogether.

Fi BL 12 vs BL 15

Its the same motor brother.. just more cone area. You have the potential to get louder... but if you have to ask which will get louder, you'd be better off with the 12".

    How big should i go

That doesn't seem to be a legitimate model number.. got any pics?
