  1. You can use the Kicker KX3 http://www.kicker.com/crossovers Or this: http://store.xmfanstore.com/linedriver.html
  2. Use the same size (or larger) wire as your power wire, for your grounds.
  3. I'd rather have the Crunch GP3000D

    xcon or dc level 4xl

That's just an uneducated opinion since you haven't compared both head to head yet.

    2 SAE-1200D

You can't "wire" each coil. It's one ohm regardless. In the proper box, the NS should handle those amps just fine.

    amp questions

The Audioque is a one channel amp. It doesn't matter what terminals you use as long as you use one positive, and one negative. Do you have your user manual for the kicker? It outlines bridging it there. You can also get it off of Kicker's site.

New Setup, From Kicker to FI

The 10-18" have the same power handling. You'll want the DVC1 option, wire it like this:

    15" BTL Woofer Box Question(s)

Air displacement comes from the cone moving. You need a close space to resonate the air in.

New Setup, From Kicker to FI

Your amp isn't too powerful for the CVX, you probably just clipped it to death with an improper setting.

    15" BTL Woofer Box Question(s)

Why wouldn't you be able to invert mount the BTL? The only sub off the top of my head that would be difficult to invert would be the W7, but it could still be done.

Without anymore information than what you just gave us... it's impossible to say whether you'll need to upgrade or not.

You should rebuild your box if you're not hitting certain notes.

    RCA's... does it matter?

Incorrect. The better your grounding system, the better luck not getting "road" (commonly referred to as Alt wine) noise.

    Icon or Xcon

You shouldn't be looking at your subwoofer to play 70-125hz. You should be looking at your midbass speakers.

You'd have to check your user manual on the particular head unit you have.
