amen to that Bought a CDT 8" off of him. Arrived in perfect condition with an over abundance of packaging. He also mailed a spec sheet to me that he forgot to package in the original box. Hooray for Nick Cook!

So I emailed the seller asking for a lower price. They promptly told me to get lost and if I was really interested I would have bid. So is it worth $200 (plus $15 s&h)? Whose that guy on here that has a few? How do you like them?

Even with the increase in price I'll stick with Adire for cheaper SQ drivers. If you want to spend some real money though.. look at the Morel and Dynaudio subs.

I put the small one I got on the side, the big one is still sitting in my room. I have to decide whether I want it on the front window or the back.

So these things are $50. Are they worth it? i know PE has those Dayton drivers for pretty cheap, but these things look a butt load better than those things out of PE.

I saw this done with on RL-p by some one on here. Basically my only motivation to even think of doing this is because I have a Rear Strut-tower Bar that kind of divides the trunk (99 civic cp). So any box I put in is going to either be really small or really convoluted.. and I don't want to do that.. unless I have too. So what are your thoughts? Another idea is to attach it to the seat back and then build a 1.0-1.7cf sealed box around it.

I believe it has to do with stand count and overall surface area. Electricity flows better over stranded bacause of the multiple surfaces. where the thicker stuff carries more amps, voltage is effected.
