Woofersetc is an unauthorized dealer on many of the items they sell. Which means, no warranty no support. Either buy from the SSA store, or OnlineCarstereo.com

What you're experiencing here is good quality control with even better customer support and excellent R&D. Nothing is mass produced like other mainstream brands.

Enough for what? -
Unless he ordered it with the universal option, it will be impossible to recone it to a DVC2. And you'll have to take it apart to check the gap on it to tell if its a universal motor.

2 electrical questions
johnecon2001 replied to burton907's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Most people use the Stinger Volt Meter. It comes in blue or red. As far as wiring goes, 4awg is good up to 150A or around 1500w. While headroom is nice, 4awg will be fine for your application. -
A lot of the parsing code was broken in the transfer to the new software. Rather than have more down time, mark opted to fix the posts while the site was up (which is why it's a little slower). The posts may get fixed eventually, but in the meantime, you can take the letters/numbers that used to be a video and paste them behind this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=numbers/stuffgoeshere

Amplfier Problem. Need Help.
johnecon2001 replied to BumpinLTC's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
The amp could be blown. If you're getting good voltage on both the remote and the power wire, then look to the amp as the culprit. -

ground location
johnecon2001 replied to mwerling1212's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
A better way would be to use a DMM to find the spot that has a 0 ohm resistance. -
Use the specs for the DP21 as a reference. Obviously the Wardens are quite a bit different, but this will get you close. # Sealed Not Recommended # Ported 7.5 cubes - 10.0 cubes, 90 - 160 Inches of Port, 32-37 Hz # Average: 8.5 cubes, 120 inches, 32-37 Hz

You can buy NEW BTL's from Fi's website. You do not have enough posts to use SSA's classifieds section.
