Did you run the 4awg wire your self? If so, what's the hold up on not running the 1/0awg? its just thicker wire.

You most likely most likely could get away with the big three, a run of 1/0 awg to a distro (feed 4awg from the distro to the amps). And perhaps a beefier battery up under the hood. That should be plenty.

A cheap little 8" that performs well and uses a TINY box? I'm in.

The campaign itself isn't really hard even on the Legendary setting (all three games). The true fun for me, begins with the online play against other people.

if you're already using the rear RCA's for the front (hopefully your running active and didn't just ghetto the system together).. than the settings for the rear outputs apply to both the internal amp and the preout. So you could, but whatever settings you have set now for the preout apply to the amp itself.

Try installing it all first and see how things go. If you get some dimming, first start off by upgrading the Big 3. After that upgrade your runs of 4awg to 1/0awg. Then move on to an alternator.

Good DMM Cheap DMM Handheld O-Scope On another note, it looks like they're including a DMM with the purchase of that oscilliscope. Which is pretty awesome.

You can send it to FI and they can recone it for you. You should really get a DMM and set your gains with it. Or even better find someone with an oscilliscope. You don't want to blow the same sub twice. Thats silly.

When you say gain set to half.. did you just set it to half or did you use a DMM/oscilliscope to set it correctly?

I would just look at the internals of the two amps and go from there. It should be pretty simple to see what wins after that.

On a budget thats not really the best idea. I mean, you do need to do all three of those things eventually, but if you can get away with just the big three and a better battery up front, than why go out and blow 400-500+ on a new alt right away? See what the cheap options do for you first before you commit to something bigger.

Quicktime probably set itself to be the default player for all videos. Just need to reset the other programs to be the defaults instead. How to do this, I have no idea.
