LOL I just looked up those Xsite subs. Just get the MT.

What class are you in? I know some classes limit the size and amount of woofers you have. It might be more beneficial to go with one 15" vs 6-8 10" subs or vice versa if it would kick you to a difference class.

Cheaper>Expensive too.

Looking for a good 600 - 700 watt amp.

Definitely whip out that JBL. That's a great amp. -
Proven performance of the MT vs a sub most have never heard of? Are you competing?

I know the Arsenal Motor is larger than the Assassin motor. I can't find how much larger though -
Batcap...yellow top
johnecon2001 replied to Sgaynor1's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
The Optima has a higher CCA (900a vs 800a) than the Batcap, but the Batcap will discharge faster. I'm not positive what the reserve capacity on the Batcap is, but that's another factor you'll want to consider. This is going to come down to playing style essentially. If you like to listen to your music loud for long periods of time, I'd say go for the D31. If you like to have bump offs at streetlights, or you plan on competing, go for the Batcap. -
Did you read this thread when you strapped your amps?

You just said it had to be. And depending on what coil config you get, you still need a good 600w per sub. These are your only logical wiring configurations: DVC 2 Ohm DVC 4 Ohm -
We have a thread on this already. DON'T Bring this shit up again.

johnecon2001 replied to mwoehr's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
It can be either 1 or 2 ohm. As for budget, I could spend up to 400. So far I'm considering a Sundown Audio SAX-100.4. That won't work for you since you need a 1 or a 2 ohm stable amp. The Sundown SAE-1000D puts out 600w at 2 ohms, 1000w at 1 ohm. That would be much better for you. You'll want to order the DVC4 Epics. -
Damn, Those are the coolest things ever.

They'll sound about the same until the Arsenal takes more power. I wish I could help out on the mount depth, I'll see if Mark or Aaron know.
