  5. It's pretty amplifier dependent, but usually, yes. A lower ohm load will have a higher strain on the electrical system.

    3 subs off 1 amp?

How would it be safer? That Rockford is rated at 1 ohm, and you're running above that in impedance. If you're careful with your gains, those subs will do fine off that power.

    High Output alternator

Kick ass on MG's but they're expensive. Ohio Generator and Powermaster also provide great alternators.

Well if you talk to him like you talk to us, good luck in talking him out of buying them.

    High output Alts

    At what ohm load?

    High Output alternator

Motor City Reman has some of the worst alts ever.
  15. Sell the alt and buy a bigger one? OR use it and get a couple of large batteries like the Powermaster D3100. That capacitor is going to end up being yet another waste of money if you buy it.

    15" Havoc Replacement for TC-3K?

You opened up the can my friend. Woofer size does not correlate to woofer speed or what notes it can or can't hit. It's all box dependent.

    Video Camera mic requirements

There's really no way around the distortion. Simply put, a onboard camera microphone wasn't built to handle 140dB's+. You might be able to find a camera that can take an external mic and then pic up a microphone better suited to that pressure level (see kick drum microphones). But even then, most of them will be rated to only 120dB.
