I do not believe the 100.2 is stable to 2 ohms bridged.

Sean... 2 of my brothers & I may be coming to the Twin Cities to take in a Fri/Sat ball game in Sept (most likely 14/15). Just FYI. I'll let ya know if I book tickets.

Over current, reason why they are there... What size fuse?
-
I've owned that unit, and while it is alright, I much prefer the Alpine units, especially their pulsetouch feature.
-
Meh, just go to the local Radio Crap, they'll have one.

I did an edit.. 4.7uF would probably work fine.
-
A 4kHz 6dB filter would help that problem... 4.7uF cap for a 8ohm driver.
-
Ya... I'm going to be bugging my buddy that sold me them.

Looks like stacking the PDX amps is not going to work for me... it is 30C out today, and during my 3.5 hour drive back from my parents' place, the 4.100 went into thermal protection.

You don't... use a coupler.

Installing External Hard Drive
ANeonRider replied to Koridan's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
1. The USB cannot power a 160GB drive 2. The HU cannot read 160GB worth of information 3. The HU can only read USB flash drives formatted in FAT32 or FAT16 -

I responded with a Please explain yourself. Yep, had that in my PM box as well... not entirely sure WTF that is about. Chalked it up to him being a moron.

BTL or kicker wire killing my mustang brakes?
ANeonRider replied to drwang84's topic in Fi Technical
Like ngsm13 said... your stereo has nothing to do with failing brakes. Brake boosters run off of the engine vacuum, and when you press the brake pedal, it causes the master cylinder to ramp up pressure, causing the brake capilers (or drums) to apply brake pressure. Sounds like you need to flush the brake fluid, put new stuff in & bleed the system (everyone over looks this... it is a service item). If that doesn't help, need a new master cylinder. -
Don't be angry because nobody wanted your Blau subs.

It's mass loading... so as long as it adds mass...

Sir, please lay the crack pipe down.

Rolloff? It is there in bunches on the low end no matter what you do because you are porting. I do recommend not using audio terms if you don't know the meaning of them completely though In my world, I'd tune to 30Hz. Low end good for music, since that is what I like listening to.

At 2.83V or 1W? Either way, I'd like to see something independant on that one. Bang for buck? Not really.
