I would like to find a metal mesh grill for the 3" NS-3s. Anyone have a source on something that would work?

OK, after almost a month, I have more updates.... Drivers side door pod in progress.... Duct tape is the only thing that would stick... and its strong enough to make the mold with too. The mold completed. I am just waiting for it to completely cure, then Saturday I'll get the passenger side done (wedding to attend tomorrow). -
Trying to clear customs myself did not work ... $49 instead of $14 now

2.2 stuffed should sound great, don't want to go too big if you are using them for more than just LFE in movies.

I'd backfire into a corner personally. Looks like you could do it in your room no problem. What drivers?

Ya, that enclosure cubby is pretty sick...

I wish people would spend as much time comparing reproduction of vocals & instruments as they do the bass. Really starting to irritate me.

woot, 75, low humidity & sunny. Perfect day to make door panels. Shopping list is made, and 45 min left of work.

One more post & you can try to sell something! -
Resin adds no strength. That isn't one of its properties. If you use it to coat some fibreglass, then strength is added because of the glass fibres.

Yep, 2x4s are far from staright & have a very distinguishable crown.

They aren't small or even medium sized enclosure drivers. These will require a lot of space.

I should have taken today off... so nice out to get some work done.

Those old car doors would be so nice to work with for something custom.
