I don't like seeing my trunk "flex".
-
Cement does that.

Also not quite understanding why, if he has done IB before, he thinks 2 15s will not have enough output. There is no way I'd need 2 of them. One is more than enough.
-
A single 15" has plenty of output here.

Anybody else just glaze over when they are reading sqguyib's posts?

By my definition I had ZERO. Of course Physicists aren't known for being beautiful women. One here, and she doesn't even do EE work after graduation. All of the other women that were in the program while I were there were some magical breed of troll.

I'm on Bioxin. Pretty damn strong med. Expensive too at over $4/pill. I'm feeling much better breathing wise, but my energy levels are very low.

Ugh, I have to move on Thursday, so I'm trying to pack things up. But, of course, I have pneumonia, so I can only work for about 30 min before I need an hour break.

As long as you don't cover the water drains on the bottom of the door, you will not have a problem. I used 2 layers on the internal skin & 3 layers on the outside skin w/ a layer of closed cell foam. I also used a thinner deadener, so if you go with the Pro, a single layer each will probably be fine. I still recommend doing a noise absorption layer on top of it all.

battery or capacitor
ANeonRider replied to superman_69's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Capacitors cannot provide electrons any faster than a battery. Physics dictates that. The internal resistance of most large farad capacitors is absolutely appalling as well. If you have a dimming problem, you need to increase your alternators charging ability, anything else is a Barney bandaid. -
Using two different sized drivers to do one job is plain old silly. If you are tuning your subs to 32-34Hz, they will peak 10-15Hz above that. Add cabin gain as well & I'm not sure why you want to crossover them so low. Midbass is usually considered the 2 octaves from 50-200Hz.

Resistance to electron flow. I have some 4 ohm speakers in my house & 8 ohm speakers in my car.

I have an electric lawnmower. I have very minimal grass, so it does a fine job. The cord is annoying though.

I didn't know what DDR is.

PM Aaron, he might have a name.

Is 18 guage wire enough for highs and mids?
ANeonRider replied to bmr4life's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
18ga is fine. 16ga is better. 14ga is overkill. -
zedman, our recently removed poster who coincidentally was removed on Friday.

Whatever is cheapest... closed cell foam is all the same.

Ordered from the same place, same thoughts.
