Sealed = less drastic impedance spike, but the impedance does change.

1 ft^3-1.25ft^3 is recommended, which would be ~0.7 -

What program? 0.55ft^3 is no where near 0.7.... -
Nope. Member

Keep that thing, seal it in a 1.5ft^3-1.75ft^3 box (maybe fibreglass to keep the weight down). That would be a good low-end setup to a SQ system.

I believe Chinny is the only bandwagoneer.

I do plans as well, but if you are in a hurry, use someone else as I am in the middle of a move.

What bandwagon? IIRC, I am still the only person to own a Soundsplinter product in Canada. That makes it fun to explain to some people, and also kind of cool. As far as I am concerned, the customer service and the attention to detail is what has all of us loving Mike's products, and will continue to bring new people in. Just seeing Mike's business grow is awesome, because of all the work he puts in to give us these terrific products at a very reasonable price. Not only that, he makes you feel like not only a customer, but a member of his company.

Thanks guys!!! Spent the day playing farmer Scott, and now spending the night sitting on my ass relaxing. I'll celebrate once I get moved, one more week

Measure it when your done, BBP6 isn't all that accurate for impedance rise. Amplifier being used makes a difference, and so does box construction.

Amp wire
ANeonRider replied to Netherland24's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I used pruners to cut my 1/0 gauge, worked like a charm! I would go all the way with the 1/0, using 1 foot of it will be really pointless. -
Placing amp
ANeonRider replied to Netherland24's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
200A would be fine as well since the current carrying capacity of most 2ga. wire is 225A. As yes, all ANL's are the same size. Get decent RCA's, but don't be retarded and buy Monster Cable. Knu stuff is about as expensive as I would get. -
