TA's are a pain. If its the same hatch as what Im thinking it is, you might be able to get 2ft^3 out of it. Pics of the hatch would be nice! Just some generic box will not fit in the space I think you have.

Which crossover do i use?
ANeonRider replied to flakko's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I would use the CS crossover then. -
I can only post using the fast reply now!
-
Better ask Josh. Your drawing and his are exactly the same.
-
Ya, I tried to pm him, but... no worky.

HELP!! Ya, so, I can't edit my posts, pm anyone or post a new topic. When I try to submit the post/topic, it will sit there for a while and do nothing, then give me an error like "document contains no data".
-
Yep, that's it.
-
Rarely need to, but if you do, use weatherstripping.
-
well.. since I could not edit that above post^ EDIT: I have a hard time grasping why you would have any sort of phase issues to warrant reversing the polarity of the mids and tweets in a tower.
-
X3. I have no idea why the polarities are different. Maybe he did it to make sure you were paying attention?
-
Of course
-
Helmholtz... also some of that theory is the basis of intake/manifold design.

Zed Audio Burr Brown upgrade?
ANeonRider replied to Fonzi's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Unless they are using any digital processing scheme internally like the Alpine Class D digital amps do. -
Damn, there was some good articles written on there that I referenced alot.
-
looks like I started this bandwagon hmm, looked for my leaving thread today... seems it has disappeared
-
Glad there is a common feeling about that place...
-
Talk to Jellyfish... he has run the 15's in a bunch of different enclosures.
-
P = (V^2) * R More impedance = Less voltage needed to be created by the amp = Less current needed.
-
That's not the hot part, its the humidity.... It has been 45C here lots before, at least once a year it gets over 40C for a week... It gets really hot here too.
-
A router with a circle jig is nearly fool-proof.
-
You can run 16ga. wire and you would still be plenty safe. Very little current is outputted from the amplifier. All voltage.
-
That would suck playing in 81% humidity
-
haha, wow, totally missed that.. damn skimming.
-
Some tracks are just recorded like crap too...
-
Bleh, it is WAY too humid and hot here right now.... http://www.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/forecast...ml?sk-40&unit=i Nothing like a humidex that jumps the temp 15 degrees. EDIT: holy http://www.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/forecast...ml?sk-31&unit=i That's hot!
