I pulled the interior, and started deadening last night. Should have time to update with some pictures tonight. -

Sounds like us, minus the snow bit. I was supposed to do a little FG this wkd, but way too cold for that.

I have a program for ya... I'll post it when I get home on Monday.

I messed up, and only ordered one MLI, so the review will have to wait a while now, since I will not be able to listen to them until the end of the month/beginning of may.

2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V: Project Spec-SQ

Been that way since October, and no damage thus far. Like said above, I have something up my sleeve for protection. Once it warms up here I will be continuing my build. -
I can't remember my sealed dimensions, but the box isn't that big, and it sounds great. See my project log.

1) Under 4" 2) I don't think shooting for a 2 way setup will be cost effective. Even 600-800hz would be great for a 3 way though as you wouldn't be limited at all by your midrange in LFE then. 3) I apologize for bringing up expensive comparisons, but in my mind going 3 way it is sort of the competition. Obviously the Aura is too expensive and large and the XLS is discontinued so I just see a market hole there. I would argue with the ported requirement as my problem with ported 8's is that the enclosure is smaller than the port. Optimal for in door use or a small sealed box for sub duties. Agreed.

I'd be dumping the Type X components, and going active 3 way if there was a Mach5 8" Depth would be an issue, so if it is possible to get it to play higher, and not be too deep, I'm sold. I think I'm on a quest to own one of everything Mark sells... only missing the MAW-15 at this time

75" 232, weighed again today, keeping steady this week. Also noticing the strength increasing rapidly... when I started I couldn't do 180lbs for reps in the squat. Yesterday I was doing 245 for 8, and could have went longer, and hack squatted 340 for 8. Improvement is addicting.

I'm running my Xterminator @ an impedance of 0.67 ohms (before impedance rise), and it doesn't even break a sweat. I am sure the Merlin series will have no trouble. Although, warranty won't cover it. Remember that.

Mainly diet, exercise was hard to come by the last 2 weeks because of a wrenched neck.

I'm down 12lbs to 232 since the beginning of March.

I just ordered 2 of them to replace the mids on my little brother's Alpine SPX-137A component set (since he put a screwdriver through one). I'll post back with my impression after I install them this upcoming weekend.

*popping in* Been busy, now that the temps are over 32 again. Doing a center console enclosure in my brother's Ram Quad Cab this week, I'll throw a thread up on the weekend.

Let's just say we wouldn't have them part of this place if they didn't have great quality and products
