  1. My 2005 civic has only a 70 amp alternator and I was wondering If I can run a 500 watt amp without problem? Will my lights dim at night? This will be the only amp running and I would do the big 3

Do I need to brace this enclosure?

No, it only accepts up to 4 gauge
  3. Just a quick question, I planning on buying a 12" Q w/BP and I need to build an enclosure, going sealed. With dimensions of 19w 13h 11d, do I need to add int bracing? I was thinking just a strip of 2x2 along the top, back, and bottom. If it doesn't need bracing I can just make the box a little smaller to give the same volume Thanks, Chris

Do I need to brace this enclosure?

What is the best way to get power from the sub to the amp? I might go with two terminal cups. Im pretty sure i'm going with the audioque 1200. The fuse total on it is 120 amp, and it accepts 4 gauge power wire. I have heard some people say you need to use 0 gauge then distro it to 4 near the amp, and other say 4 gauge is fine. 4 gauge from knukonceptz is rated to 150 amps at 20 feet, so i'm assuming this will be fine. Or do I need 0 gauge?

Do I need to brace this enclosure?

Nothing has been bought yet but I am trying to decide between audioque 1200, or sundown 1000/1200. Can anybody help me out on what sub to get? And for the sub, dual 2 ohm wired in parallel to 1 ohm

Whats the best way to connect the amp to the sub? Wiring it in parallel requires a wire to both of the negatives and both of the positives. Should I run 10 gauge from the amp to a terminal cup, then, inside the box, splice two lengths of wire together, for each, the negative and positive? Like: YY [ ] | | Thanks

Alright, so, new int dimensions. 13h 17w 11d - sub volume = just about 1.2 cuft. Does this sound good? I listen to techno and rap
