The Kenwood amp is not stable at 1 ohm...Its capable, but it is not stable. You can put it at two ohms and get roughly 900 rms at of it but it works as long as your not going for SQ, a different amp is suggested -
Thats a pretty sweet box. Not gonna lie, kinda wish I had room for something like that. Great Job!

I need help finding out what sub or subs I should be putting in my car. I have a camaro, and I am able to put a 5 cubic ft box in my car and I currently dont have much power as an amp. 750 bridged at 4 ohm. The RF 500/2 Where I work I get discounts on Alpine's and RF. Thats why I am currently running 1 12" P3 in 2.5 cubic ft. sealed box. I was orignally going to put two P3's or 2 Type R's in but from what I have heard from you guys thats not the way I wanna go. I am on a limited budget of 500 bucks unless I can sell my old school memphis 500D amp and my Rockford.(I hate being a poor college student lol) I am after some clean bass. Not so much spl...even though I like everything to raddle, but more of deep bass. Ideas and suggestions would be great help. :bigclap:

I wanna ask an opinion already. What do you think of the RF P3? I am currently running one and am thinking of going to two. Would I be better off to go to two type r's? reason its between those two is cuz where I work I get them cheap. Thinking of around 4.5 cubic ft sealed box for two. opinions appreciated.

I learned about it from a current friend that talks about this forum all the time. I decided to see what all the hype has been about. :-D

I have a 94 camaro and I am currently running an old school Memphis 500 D amp to a single P3 in a 2.3 cubic ft sealed box. Obviously space is my limit. I am looking to get my hands on one of the MD2D US Amps. I cant decide if I wanna add another P3 and run two 12" or upgrade my sub to one kick ass 12. If I do so I would like to keep the same box I have. I am after some deep bass, something that can take your breath away. Also, what is your thought on a ported or slot vent box in a camaro? I have heard both good and bad. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
