I have a single SAZ3000D on a BTL 18. I don't have any power problems with 2 extra yellow tops (110 AH) and the stock 75AH under the hood. I'd go with the 2000D honestly, but if you aren't stupid with it the BTL could take a 3500D easily. I'd definitely get all my electrical wiring and equipment from www.knukonceptz.com . I get all my wiring from them, and you definitely get your money's worth, along with FAST shipping.

I have plans of adding an additional 3000D and a BTL 18 to my existing 3000D and BTL 18. The problem is that the 3000D is no longer in production, and DB-R is running low. What would my options be if I couldn't get another 3000D when I do the upgrade? I don't think it would work properly if I combined a 3000D on one BTL and a 3500D on the other.... please inform. Thanks!

Some equipment pictures..... I've waited long enough to start a build log. This one may progress slowly compared to my usual ~2 day builds I'm used to. But never the less, mmmm selenium + eminence + fi? Maybe I will have to add Sundown + DC as well? Still throwing ideas around.

Those are eminence APT 150's. http://madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1358 . They are going to be used as tweeters, but I am going to have to seriously tone them down. They are extremely sharp at anything above low power levels.

I was looking forward to finally using those BL 12's.... but it's about time to try something new. I just ordered some things.... Here's one hint :)

Edit: After talking to a few companies about their products and acquiring samples, I am no longer interested in any way about this idea. After getting emailed a few pdf with EXACT knock off speakers from kicker/jbl/rockford/anything else I do not approve of these business tactics. Even if a kicker cvr is $15.00. I'll leave all the designing/importing/organizing to the people that do it, and do it well. Sundown and Fi (just the first 2 that come to mind)

Be nice please, I just personally never thought a web site like this existed and am forwarding my knowledge to you.

After searching for a while there are many of the same kinds of sites out there.... are these sites in themselves a scam, or are most business on them a scam. I know I would be EXTREMELY uncomfortable doing business with someone I couldn't drive to set straight if something went wrong.

Well I wanted to go with sundown, but today a friend was pulling an amp out of his truck. I gave him $50.00 for it, and here it lies.... along with the headunit I ordered from "rushrun" on this forum. Both were hooked up earlier today and ran my 4 selenium drivers very well. The amp is an Orion EA3532, with a few scratches.... it's old but made the seleniums do everything I wanted and more!

There are also many dealers in the United States.... I see the future of Holley Audio... Haha

Well it was extremely exciting and a great experience...... my first time ever on the meter. I was in SB4... First run got 141.~ because of a bad song choice Second run had a 145.~ after 16 seconds, then there was about a 3 second pause in the bass... bringing me to a final score of 142.~ My mind was on everything except for my camera.... So sorry, no pictures. If you become a member and run can't you find your score online somehow? Thanks everyone at SSA, ya'll are the reason I have such a bangin setup I would have went for another try with Throw It Up by Lil Jon (which has NO pauses), but I had already established a benchmark for me to beat next year. I hate to say it, but it may be at least 2 weeks away from starting. I ordered a lift kit for a 74 jeep, when I got it the leaf spring lengths were all messed up. Turns out jeep mixed and matched parts on the end of year runs and I have a 73 frame. So I'm taking it to a local place to get the leaf springs re arched.... right now it's like riding something with no suspension. Never the less it will take a week for this to be done (at least), and various other odds and ends that need to be ordered and installed to get this thing in proper working order.... Will be getting some nice 35's after I get 3" blocks under the back and spring over in the front. Considering super swamper tsl's. I am also looking for a deal on some more selenium drivers.... I want this to be impressive. Here's a pic..... It has been cleaned up since. Oh and new 4 barrel carb and edelbrock intake manifold

Yeah, but he is only running 2 1800 watt amps with the stock alt.... idk how he manages that. He said he can run it all day and the stock alt handles it. Also.... I finally saw sundown amps that weren't mine. Someone had 4 2000D's.

I know Lanzar is nothing close to sundown audio..... and I would definitely love to buy a 100.4 to add to my small collection, but this is going into an old mud riding truck.... and will likely be in less than optimal environments. Basically.... don't want to spend a ton of money to see my sundown amp go up in smoke. I've only seen 1 lanzar amp in person, powering 2 kicker comps. Please confirm my suspicions by telling me that they are definitely over rated and that it will at least put out 100 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms.
