I figured you'd appreciate that part. I'm slowly increasing my list of things I can actually make. The lasagna is good because I can make it one day, and it'll feed me for at least a couple more.

I've got a rack of lamb soaking in buttermilk that will be grilled over an open fire. Pulled out some garlic mashers from the freezer to eat with it. Just finished eating it. Paired it with a bottle of Ancient Vine Mouvedre and am smiling BIG TIME. I've got leftover homemade lasagne tonight. Better than my usual fare, but nothing compared to yours.

FYI to anyone that goes to Discount Tire: They will not touch a tire more than 10 years old now. I took my car in to get the nails pulled, but it wasn't repairable so I asked them to just put the spare on while they order a new tire. Guy says they can't because it's over 10 years old so they give me a loaner tire. Turns out a tire exploded and killed some employee recently so they instated this rule.

yea dude...us here in MD are suffering with the lack of rain as well We have been getting dumped on for a few days until today. Strangly we aren't getting myuch rain either LOL J neither are we It was 85 and raining at the same time the other day. Felt like the rainforest, a very smoggy, polluted rainforest. I would definitely take that over our 110+
