What up? Here for 6 months, maybe a year. Will build a system when I get back. Looking to learn for now.

So far from what I've researched, based on the music I listen to (Rap, ,etal, alternative i.e....Trick Daddy, T.I., Outkast, Linkin Park, Chili Peppers, and everything in between. Lol, all kinds of chit). I want an all around set-up. Not for competing, just good loud sound quality and hard hitting bass. I'm not going to state SPL or SQ because I've learned that these terms can be mis-interpeted by some. Sound quality can be a subjective term and I'm not looking to be burping. This is what I'm planning for my 96 Impala SS: 1 Fi BL 15" 1 Sundown 1500 1 set of Morel Tempo 6.5's in my front doors (Not ready to go active yet) 1 Sundown 100.2 Big 3 240 amp Alt Knuconceptz Wiring Now all this can change over the next several months to a year since I'm still unsure of when I'll actually be back in the states. Will the 100.2 be enough for the Morels? As far as the enlosure is concerned, I want the box built to fit up against the back seat so I can still utilize trunk space. Which direction should I fire the sub? Facing up aiming towards the backglass or facing the rear of the trunk? Which direction should the port fire? Since my car weighs 4200lbs already, I'd like to go with a Fisher customs Trupan Light enclosure. I'm basically trying to do more with less to keep weight down and using the keep it simple method. Any input, suggestions, advice, or critiques will greatly be appreciated.

Ok, nixing the rear speakers. Which direction should I aim the sub? Up through the rear-deck towards the back glass or towards the rear of the trunk? Secondly, just to make sure I get the right sub, do I want the dual 1 ohm or 2 ohm for the 1500d, cooling, and flatwind? I'm still not totally clear on ohm's and bridging.

After your suggestion and some more research, I'll probably do that and go with a Sundown 100.4. I had considered it before so I could put a set of 6 1/2 two-ways in the rear doors since I bought speaker pods for them. Would it be worth it to buy a set and throw them in the rear doors? I've read alot about it. Some folks say yes, others say no. I figured since the cabin is so big, I'd benefit from having speakers in the rear doors. Although, I could go with a set in the front doors, use the 4 channel amp, see how it sounds, and if I decide to try a set in the rear doors, I'd be able to. If not, I could still go active in the future. Will 100 watts be enough for the Tempo 6's in either active or passive? Or will that just be a matter or gain settings and tuning?
