How about you just search around in the brands forums and the subwoofer forum and then come back to this thread and give us a little more info.

I would build something similar to what 18BTLnBagged used to have. But modified to fit 2 15's instead of an 18. -

Anyone ever used banana plugs in a system? I am installing a 10" icon and a 1000D and i was going to use banana plugs to plug the wire into the subs. These are the ones i am going to buy. http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=eKs-BP Will these fit in an icon voice coil terminal? Should i just run the wire into it?

Man, i would keep the lt1 in it. My dad has an 02 z28 camaro. I have no idea how you plan on fitting 2 15's and 2 3000D's in it lol And if its T-tops than where are you going to store you T-tops after you get your system in. Unless you plan on ripping out the backseats then i believe everything would fit.

Im about to buy a 10" icon and a sae-1000D but i was wondering on how i should buy the power wires. I was thinking of buying a wiring kit but they just seem really expensive and im not sure which to get. Or should i just get buy the wire and the connectors and fuses etc. Where could i find good wiring kits and a place to buy wire and connects and fuses online? I know about weldingsupply.com. Anyone ever used this site?

I want a ported box in a regular cab truck either dodge or chevy/gmc. I would like 1 10" ssa icon and a sae-1000D. That was my original plans but im not sure how i would make a box to fit it in.
-
i was thinking of getting 2 instead of a 10" icon to go in a standard cab truck but idk i really want the icon but i think the 8's will take up less room.

Its really just preference or space when it comes to 2 15s or 1 18. Personally i would go with 2 15s because of the more cone area. You will have enough room for either set up in your truck and you can get help designing a box at fishercustoms.com. A 3000D will power either set up. I don't think 2 batteries are required but atleast 1. You do not need a cap. 1 or 2 ohm configs are all you need because you can wire up or down ohms to suit your needs. Yes i have heard a lot of good things about fi i think you willbe happy. Make sure you get the 15's or 18's fully loaded with the daily set up. Pre-congrats on whatever new set-up your getting
