Two 15's in 2.5 cubic feet... *chuckle*

Nope, it's not that good. If it was, I would have bought it already

Have to take a chit (maybe some giggles will follow, who knows). Back soon.

I have a chance to pick up a pristine condition e12a.22 for an insane price. Now I'm torn between going LMT in a few months or doubling up on the flatcones...if I went double 12's, I would probably switch out the box design for something like an ABC, just for chits and giggles. Decisions, decisions.

Masochist. I used a 1 1/2" metal bit to go through the exterior of my truck when I installed the antenna ball mount, that was some scary chit. Measure five times, pray, drill, pray...the 3/4" holes on the roof were relatively easy. Of course, a 15-year old Hitachi corded drill make the job easier. Lots 'o torque. A Greenlee punch is probably the safest and cleanest way to do it (that's how Motorola two-way radio techs professionally do NMO roof mounts), but I'm 99% sure they don't make them larger than an inch and a half or so.

Well, at least since '91, Ford's trucks haven't been built in the US. My dad's '91 and my '94 were both built in the Great White North... 3" hole saw? That's a big 'un. For metal or wood? If it's metal, a Unibit would probably be a better choice, but I don't know if they make them that big...
